My experience was horrible and Ill never be back. I hope my review helps you take your business elsewhere. Today I brought my 3 year old son here for a haircut. I told her that hes only gotten his haircut professionally once before a while ago because I normally cut his hair. I also told her that hes (mildly) Autistic and this is a new experience for him - which didnt seem to concern her in the least. I must say, he did a great job even though he was not a fan of the cape he had to wear so he didnt get full of hair and he didnt like the hair falling in his face after it was cut... but he went in excited to get his hair cut and never cried - but you could tell he was uncomfortable. For the most part, he even sat still - and I was quite proud of him! (He did better for her than he normally does for me!) She, on the other hand, acted pissed we were there. She wasnt patient, kind, thoughtful, talkative, and more or less just acted like a robot except when she was all finished taking my money at the end and talked about the weather - that was it! She never encouraged my son throughout the entire process - saying one nice thing to him. Not, "Youre doing great", "Keep sitting nicely", "You did a great job" - nothing. She said things like "You have to look down if you want me to cut your hair" and instead of calling him by his name, she called him "Hey" (even though she knew his name because she had just put it in her computer). She wasnt nice to him at all. I honestly was in shock or else I would have said something right there - I guess I was giving her the benefit of the doubt and hoped it would get better. I know it was just us because she was very personable to the guy who she gave a haircut to before us. Maybe she didnt like giving kids haircuts? Who knows. She didnt even give him a sucker afterwards (out of the huge bowl of suckers that were obviously for after children get their haircut). When we left, the door accidentally swung back and hit my son in the head and he started to cry. She didnt even come to see if he was ok. Horrible customer service. Definitely dont come here if you have kids. The funny part was when I got home and my husband saw the haircut... he said, "Youve given him better haircuts than that." I thought about going back tomorrow to confront her but whats the point? Shes a rude person. Rude people are rude. She had our whole entire visit to be nice and not once did she try to be nice - except at the end... right before I was writing in her tip on the receipt. So instead I hope this review encourages you to find another place to go - save it for a salon that doesnt pick and choose who they want to be nice to.

I gave them a call to see their general pricing for a dye and trim. Compared to another company in same area, both rates wise and review wise, they are definitely not great. I dont like the idea of them being so rude about children, so they definitely will not be first on my list. Thanks to everyone who left reviews for my benefit.

Attempted to get a childs haircut. Was never greeted when I walked in the door with 2 young kids. Both stylists appeared annoyed that I did not "have an appointment". They were not even willing to accommodate or find an appointment slot. We walked out quickly and I will NEVER go back.

Need a quick hair cut, nothing dramatic or fancy...this is your place. There are usually no more than 2 hair stylists there at one time (at least when I have come). They are nice and I like the coupons I got at my 1st visit for additional discounts for every visit.

My stylist Brittany is fantastic and really takes her time with your hair. I always come in here to see her. Place is a well oiled machine. The ladies all know what theyre doing.
