I am a combat veteran and I had long hair. On 8/11/2015 I went into that very veteran unfriendly establishment to get a simple trim. The lousy stylist (Lara) did not even begin to listen to what I desired. I told her 3 times what I wanted and then she abruptly cut off over 4 inches of my hair which is not what I asked for. The owner of this lousy business (Donna) will not do what is necessary to fix their assault on my hair. If you are a veteran or even someone who would like a good job done, do not set foot in that chop joint. Veterans beware. You have been warned. There are veteran friendly places but this is most certainly not one of them!!! All of the good reviews of this crap hole are given by the new and untrained employees working here. Do not be fooled.

They did very well. They listened and took care of me and my kids needs. Side note about other reviewer that mentions a bad experience and focuses on being a veteran. First, thank you for your sacrifice and service. However, I dont think that is relevant and should be a focal point. It seems like that is trying to add weight to the review. That honorable life choice isnt relevant to the claimed bad service received. I hate to think of it being misused. There are even some that lie about it and diminish the high value of the honor. We all want to value true veterans without misuse. Thank you.

I went to get a haircut on Veterans Day since Im a veteran. Even though it was complementary you think they would have cared about what you look like. They did a terrible job, it was not only crooked, they tapered my hair in the back instead of blocking it like I asked. My wife said I look terrible when I got home. Russ K.

Always a great experience, but Ive gotta brag about the girl I had the other day. Abriana, I believe. She was spectacular! I didnt quite know how to explain what I wanted. She was able to figure it out, explain it to me the way I can have it replicated and she did an awesome job!
