I got my hair highlighted and toned last Friday at the Moberly location. It took FOUR hours. I have never had a hair service take that long. Friends of my stylist kept walking in, and shed stop and talk to them over my head. When the foils came out, I could see that she hadnt even come CLOSE to the roots. My roots were .25 to .5 of an inch long! However, I was not going to make a big deal about it because I dont like to make a big deal. My service ended up costing like $70. I tipped her $15 even though I wasnt happy with the service. I decided I just wouldnt go back to that salon again. BUT, when I got home, I saw that there was bleach all over the back of my shirt. My stylist had to have seen it because she changed my cape 4 times. She ruined a shirt I cant replace. I called the salon up, and Shaundra told me to bring it up so she could verify it. I just took it in today. I didnt even get an apology. Apparently all they were willing to do was offer me $10 off my next service. AS IF I would ever go back there again! Shaundra brought the stylist up for me to talk to, and she didnt even apologize. She just said she didnt think my back was wet and that this had only happened once before. When I looked at Shaundra in disbelief, she said her manager had said to tell me to wear junk clothes next time. If I am paying someone to do my hair, I should not have to wear junk clothes. I AM LIVID. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. The stylists there (at the direction of the manager) were completely unwilling to work with me. I expected at the very least a partial refund or a sincere apology. I will never return to this salon, and I will make sure I tell my friends to stay away from it.

I have never paid 79.00 for a root color. As they charged me. I been going too smartstyles all over US for along time. I asked for style also, too roll brush dry, she brought upon herself too flat iron it wet. Wow. Too come home to having rewash due too my hair was sticky underneath. Should be told a price before you reach register. Also should ask client if they want hair spray before weighing my hair down in it. I know now where not too go local. Very disappointed!!
