Staff to me were not of a friendly nature. I went to fantastic sams to get a haircut shampoo/condition treatment, when the lady called my name i went over to the chair sat down, then she put the drape over me asked what i wanted and started cutting my hair. I never recieved my wash or conditioning i was dissatisfied in that alone, when she finished my cut she i told her i did not like it and i asked her if possible could she fix the areas i had issues with, she resonded with a sigh and a irritated face and said she could try and lower it...ok..so she did and when done with that there was still a spot left uneven and i had to hold my hand on the area while she fixed it.. in the end my hair turned out decent, better than it was at least.overall Definitely not worth the 18 dollars for a mens haircut .

I asked for a trim, and for my bangs to be cut. I already had layers and I told the stylist just to sharpen them up, I know have huge chunks of layers in my hair, quite un even. It looks as if I have bad extensions In. I am very upset. I just wanted a save a buck for a trim! Im getting married in 160 days! This might not be grown out by then! Im so infuriated!

I went in to get a hair cut after I had my baby. I asked for layers, but got just a straight cut at my shoulders. She also thinned my hair... which was already starting to fall out from being post pregnancy. Also, at a previous visit, the stylist burned my forehead with the hairdryer while trying to dry my bangs.

They have gotten a little bit pricey
