We had CM Mose and Son install a Generac whole house generator in our home in the Oct time frame of 2016. First let me say this was the most professional group of people and best install of anything I have ever had done in my home. From initial call to the install. They even laid down runners in our house to cover the carpets and made the outside of our house look like no one was there when they left. Since the install the generator has been doing nothing more then sitting ready for a mishap. It does a test once a week, it fires itself up and runs for about 5 min. to make sure all is good. This past week it got its first call to action. Our power went at at our house about 4:00 AM., within 20-30 seconds the generator had sprung to life and power was back on. It ran flawless for over 3 1/2 hours before regular power was restored. The temp had dipped to a brisk 16 degrees that morning so we were grateful we had it. We got up and got ready for work and never gave it a second thought that we were on generator power. We did everything we normally did and there wasnt as much as hiccup. The power companies trucks even stopped by our house. No doubt investigating why in a sea of pitch black houses we had full power. Since the generator install weve also had them install a new hot water heater. Again everything went off without a hitch and was handled perfectly. I would not hesitate at all to recommend them to a friend or neighbor. In fact weve already had a couple of neighbors ask about our generator in the past few days since the outage. LJ

I thought it was important to get my air conditioner serviced in anticipation of the summer heat. My 10 year extended warranty expired last summer and I want to make sure my equipment is in good working order. I scheduled my appointment and the service tech from CM Mose called me when he was on his way to my home. He arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable about my system. He took the filter out of our humidifier (no one had ever done that before) explaining that is prevents mold fro getting into the air when the air conditioning is on. He said when they come back in the fall , he will re-install it. He told me where I could buy one and saved me money right away! I was so confident in his representation of the company that I signed up for the Service Agreement. He said he had worked for another HVAC company and that CM Mose was a much better company. If you need your AC or HVAC system serviced, I would not hesitate to call them! Great customer service!

Had a control board go bad for our A/C unit. Charlie said the part was obsolete and had to install jumper wires on the board to make the A/C work. I was really grateful as we had spent 1 night without the A/C. He explained that newer thermostats had the technology to operate heat pumps and i would need to get one. He explained the Nest thermostat and KCPL was giving them away as part of their engery savings program. So my wife signed us up and we received one. Had Charlie come back out to install it. He did a great job and explained the operation of the Nest to me. I would recommend Charlie and CM Mose and Sons for A/C repairs. Was treated fairly as opposed to another Liberty A/C repair company.

Been a C.M. Mose customer for several years now and have been pleased with their service and the American Standard heat pump that I purchased a couple of years ago through them. It has kept us quite comfortable throughout those years energy efficiently. Had an unusual, rare problem recently that C.M. Mose repaired quickly and then they went to bat for me with the manufacturer since it didnt initially seem to be covered under warranty. Long story short, both C.M. Mose and American Standard stand behind their products and service. Id recommend them to anyone who asks!
