We had a dysfunctional flourescent overhead light in our master bedroom closet. It had flickered on and off for several months and did not respond to light bulbs being replaced in it. It finally went out completely and we had No idea what to look for or how to begin to solve the problem. I called Matlock and they were able to schedule a service man to be sent out the same day! They gave me a very narrow time frame that the repairman was to be at my house. What I appreciated the most was that the service man himself, called on his way to my home! He was extremely professional! He put booties on his shoes to protect my floors which I also appreciate greatly! He was extremely attentive as I explained the situation and was able to identify the problem immediately! He had the part on hand that needed replacing and was completely finished with the service call in under 30 minutes! I was VERY impressed and I would HIGHLY recommend Matlock Electric to anyone and everyone!

We needed some electrical work done around my home recently and called Matlock by chance. I could tell from the start they was different from all the other electric contractors. The dispatcher instantly hooked me up with a Electrician named John. John came by and gave us a estimate and we hired him. John is awesome! He has done everything we asked and we have even changed some things mid ways and he just smiles...... great guy! He represents Matlock Electric well. My wife and I highly recommend Matlock Electric and John. We will use them again.
