We are a property management company that has both Commercial and Residential properties and have used Heartland Electric in Kansas City for over 6 years. Our company has to hire professional staff that we can allow our clients to feel safe and know that the work will be done in a safe and timely manner. Heartland Electric has always performed in a professional manner and we use no one else for our Electrical needs. We hired Heartland Electric to replace the two electrical panels in our home, and inspect and fix any problems they found that might delay a closing of the sale of our home. Kent Stokes was very professional and informative throughout the process, and Residential Project Manager John Stokes was beyond fair in his pricing. I did not hire this company. After a simple phone call that was enough for me. I had a punch list of needs and all I received was rude attitude and unwillingness to provide information. If this is how they treat potential customers I can only imagine how much worse it would be if you had a problem with any work they did for you. Dont use these guys. Find someone else!
