I spent around 6 hours with Lori this weekend taking care of my teenage daughters hair. Loris patience, understanding, & persistence was amazing!! I cannot say enough good things about her. Our biggest concern about getting help was that their only suggestion would be a drastically short cut, but she was left with hair almost to her waist! A traumatic enough experience turned into a huge smile Sunday evening when fingers ran thru her hair effortlessly. Thanks Lori!!

Nice staff and inexpensive but greetings seem like their forced because theyre required by the franchise. Id rather have my stylist pay attention to my head than worry about greeting everyone on their way in...not to mention the greeting recieved is so rehearsed and impersonal...Id rather have a better haircut...we always have to have our cuts fixed when going here (I blame distractions if you didnt figure that out haha)

usually quite a wait, but the online check in makes that a pretty much non issue. staff is good but it seems like they rotate or have higher than optimal turnover so you may not have the same person cutting your hair each time if that is something that you are looking for. Staff seems plenty knowledgeable and friendly.

It depends who cuts your hair. If they take their time you know its gonna be a good cut but if they rush through the cut be ready for a lame cut. Tip good if they take their time and tip crappy if they dont and maybe just maybe they will catch on. Update: they have gotten a lot better Ill give them a five for now.

I have dropped off here my kids here for haircuts 4 times and every time we have had to bring the kids back because their hair was cut uneven..so Id be scared for them to do anything ever AGAIN..worst thing of all is they didnt even offer a discount or to give my kids their money back or anything at all..

I think you should have mandatory drug testing because the person who butchered my hair had to be on something. She ripped my earring out of my ear. My hair is very uneven. Have to pay someone else to fix it because I will never be back there.

Inexpensive haircuts. You can make an appointment online. Since I go when I feel like it, I dont always get the same person so my haircut is a little different each time. Hence 4 out of t stars.
