This place is so extremely slow there were two people ahead of me with normal haircut waited 2 hours before I decide to leave and the staff brought in their pets and were playing with their pets while they were giving haircuts so very unprofessional. Maybe you should turn your shop into a dog grooming place if youre going to have pets inside the store instead of cut peoples hair. Hopefully management can address the fact that whether you think your dog is cute or not it does not belong in a place where you cut peoples hair. I have been getting my hair cut at this place for several years and however the service has always been very slow and relax like the location was convenient for me but now Im going to have to shop elsewhere to have my haircut and I will suggest to all my friends to do the same

Slow service. Waited a hour for one person to get haircut, and when the hair stylist was done she went and started talking to someone who wasnt even getting hair cut. We just walked out.

The old hag that cut my hair did not listen and thought she knew exactly how to cut my hair. I will not go within 10 miles of this place and think haircut. They suck!
