I went in today and got three haircuts. One for me and one each for my two kids. The lady who cut my older son Niks hair did a great job. The girl who cut my younger sons hair did a good job considering he was moving around so much and crying. I am disappointed with my haircut. I have never been more dissatisfied. For one, she cut my hair when it was completely dry. When it was done it still looked horrible. Also she made a comment along the lines of, "Theres a shampoo you can use to get this really ugly color out." Never use a comb or scissors on dry hair and never insult a customer!

Girl by the name of Ashley that works there was very rough when cut my hair back in November was going to go back there but afraid to cause I dont want her to cut my hair the rest of the ladys in there do a good job at cutting my hair
