My hair cut was mediocre at best, a little uneven and lumpy in spots, but the primary reason I rate this place so low, is the staff. I have never been greeted by such unintelligent people at a hair cuttery (thats saying something.) I had to repeat my name and address no less than three times when I walked in, for what reason, I still dont know. I was given no explanation. The one that cut my hair was ignorantly rude and had trouble remembering simple instructions. (3 on top, 1 on sides, high&tight, square the neck. A military cut.) It took 40 minutes to get a simple mens cut, and make the proper adjustments. She made very awkward conversation. (I am a 25 year old college graduate with a professional job, clean-cut appearance, wearing nicer business clothing, and she asks me if I live with my parents. Im sorry, but I find that offensive, and I dont look young for my age.)

I got a haircut the night before I was the best man in a wedding. The other place absolutely butchered my hair and I guess I was so busy thinking about all of the stuff I needed to do that I did not really notice. Once I realized what happened, I started calling around and everyone was closed and opening later the next day, after I was already supposed to be at the wedding venue. I finally called Great Clips and Sydney answered. She was closing for the night, but she stated that she could see me first thing in the morning. She totally fixed my hair to what it should have been!! Thank you so much GREAT CLIPS and most of all SYDNEY!

Our boys needed a cut and were unable to get an appointment with their regular stylist. Cant begin to tell you how disappointing the experience was at this specific Great Clips. The young ladies that cut their hair were rude, ignored their request and hurried them through to get to the next appointment. Truly regret not waiting for their regular stylist. Would not recommend these people to cut your pets hair! Shameful Service, Questionable Skill Set! A very un-pleased father!

I could be in the worst of moods and the staff at this location can completely turn that around. Its also prompt, considering i sometimes will pop in on a lunch break with a limited window of time. Leaving feeling slightly more attractive than when i entered is a plus too....cause thats not an easy task. But they do it and i appreciate that!

Checked in online and said no wait. Got there and rude stylist checked me in and said I was next. Finally left after they finished one childs haircut that took entirely too and then took another person in front of me. I have multiple bad experiences with this location but this will be my last

Overall good, but sometimes the same haircut gets done differently depending on the person doing it. Most employees take their time and take pride in their work.

Good service and staff. With online check-in, I never seem to wait long. Occasionally receipts include a coupon for a few dollars off next cut.
