They dont truly support their clients improving their health and others around them. Theyre just about getting their membership numbers up and their payments rolling in the door. They showed their true colors by canceling a membership after ~10yrs due to a member working out in their garage with friends on occasion and offering health improvement advice to others on their own time outside of the gym. Thats just bad form. I wouldnt recommend this establishment to anyone.

Great hours obviously, but expect a cluster of people (to crowded) during prime time hours, Fremont needs another gym. Good equipment and weights.

Convenient, Open 24hrs, Good equipment. Not typical gym with staff all hours but nice to go whenever you want.
