Unfortunately one bad experience trumps all the good ones. I have never been treated so rudely. I have great respect for our Postal Workers. I know they have a tough job, and I greatly appreciate all they do. I have never had a poor experience, but today changed that. We all have bad days, I get it. But my goodness, just to be blatantly rude to someone does not make your day better. You have a job to do and part of customer service is to be polite even if youre gritting your teeth. Be kind. Thats all Im asking.
