I changed my address online (it charged me $1 for doing it online, but I realize it is not just the CB Post Office), anyways the mail had been coming to my new adress for about a week. I was expected a couple packages off ebay , but they were sending it to the old adress and I figured they would forward it or they could contact my property manager at the apartment. Anyways, the tracking I saw online said it was delivered 9/21 and another 9/26, and I was waiting to see it was going to be retracked. So it never showed. I turned in my keys, but double checked my box for any mail. There was TONS of mail in there, and a key that would inidcate I had a package... however the box for packages was UNLOCKED! So someone could have easily stole it. I went to my office manager to see if they had a package and they didnt. By then, Im pretty annoyed. I go to the main desk at the post office, she is extremley rude and is talking to be in a very snotty voice and all she does is look around the corner to see if there was a package and rudely says I need to get the tracking number. So I call back when I get home and have the tracking number, again the main desk is very unhelpful.. she was rude when I was saying the tracking numbers she said "you need to slow down" in a very, very rude voice. So I said them and she procceded to tell me to contact the sender for a refund.. but it was not the senders fault.. It was the post offices!! So I asked for a manager, I spoke to a Virgina and a Tracy and in the end they said the courier had it in his van out on delievry. I understand things getting lost with the huge amounts of mail they get there and I get that changing adresses can be difficult.. But the ladies up front and on the phone REALLY need to work on their customer service skills. It was the most horrible customer service Ive ever recieved. The managers being helpful in the end wasnt even good enough to make up for it.

Do to the council bluffs post office im out $30.00 because they delivered my package to the wrong house they claimed that they tried to recovered it but I got the same song and dance every time I called so to the route supervisor you are fake and dont care about your job and the fact that you get to stick it to people
