This location is a dump! Do yourself a favor and drive to downtown Omaha. I promise you that you will still save time after driving there vs goign to this location, waiting in the guarnteed line. No matter what time of day, you wait and wait. It is always backed up because there are never more than two THREE tops employees working. They are in no rush either. They all come off like they dislike their jobs and it shows with their lack of drive. AVOID THIS LOCATION or less you are going through the drive lane to put an envlope in and drive away. Oh, speaking of the drive lane...their collectors have very narrow slots so you cant get even a USPS medium sized box through. You have to park forever away because their parking lot is so small and walk in only to find the package drop inside is filled to capaticy and cant accept anymore. Want to wait in line 30+ minutes to drop off a package you already have the postage paid on? I bet not! Drive to 12th and Pacific and be done with it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I wish that Google had a lower rating, because I would use it. On Monday i got a certified letter slip at my door, that afternnon I went to go get it. I was unable to because the letter was still on the truck, and was told to return in the morning. I did, and they cant find the letter! Worse when I talk to the managers, and postmaster Peter, they act like its no big deal. "what do you want me to do, we cant find it?" They refused to call the last person that had it, and stated that its not where it is supposed to be. They seem to be like robots and cant understand why I am upset....... I called the 800 number to get an investigation going, and I am trying to find out who is above Peter, the post master for Bellevue.

Ive had several packages shipped from Amazon, through various carriers. One time, it shipped FedEx SmartPost - it got lost after FedEx dropped it off at the post office. Just yesterday, I had a package with a Sunday delivery date - they didnt deliver the package and it was marked as "undeliverable - unknown address", despite the fact I have four pieces of mail delivered on Friday without any issues with the exact same address printed on them. Fortunately, Amazon has a much better customer service department than these bozos but its a major inconvenience having to re-order the items and hope it gets shipped through another shipper.

This place is the worst post office in the area. No matter what time of day you go theres a line to the door and the employees are rude. If you call you may be given the grand misfortune to talk to Jeremy who sounds like he hates his life. If you decide to go to the office itself you will wait in line at least an hour due to only 2 workers helping customers while the rest of the employees hang out in the back. They do have a kiosk that people can use, it doesnt work half the time and they never seem to empty the bin so you will have to wait in line even if you do get the kiosk to work. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I do not like using the word HATE, so you got 2 instead of 1. My package was delivered today, put into the cluster locker. NO KEY WAS LEFT IN MY BOX!!!!! This is not the first time this has happened. Bellevue PO is not managed effeciently...too many problems we keep calling them about...but nothing changes. Ever get the wrong mail everyday for a week, but your mail is put in someone elses box. Happens all the time here. Ive asked Amazon to NOT use USPS for my weekly shipments...only UPS or Fed EX. Both deliver to the door and to the right address!!!

What a joke this post office is!!! I sent a package to friend in Bellevue and these worthless clowns refused to deliver it because I mistakenly left out an E in Bellevue. Seriously? You people make more money than most, but you dont have enough sense to deliver a package because of one missing letter? SMH!!!

The people have always been nice, but the wait time is always ridiculous. They NEVER have enough employees working the front. Expect to wait a bit anytime you need to ship or drop off ANYTHING. Avoid going in at all if possible.

Nothing good. One clerk screamed at me. Terrible customer service. I avoid it. Now I go to the Papillion USPS office. Awesome, friendly counter people. Ralston is pretty great too.

Most of the employees seem like they are too busy to deal with your requests or problems. Waited on hold for 17 minutes once before hanging up.
