Wish I could leave the stars blank. We have been here for over 4 years and constantly have our mail delivered to neighbors. This week quite a bit of our mail along with a package was left on a neighbors porch. The mail carrier told his boss that it had gotten mixed up with their mail. The problem with that lie is that they did not receive mail at all that day. Wonder what neighbor received theirs. It is not our first complaint and yet nothing is done about this poor service. Gratefully we will soon be moving but who knows what mail we havent gotten because of this poor service. Get a PO Box.

Edited 2/10/17. Worse post office I have ever dealt with. In a week span, multiple packages have been sent to the wrong post office from the Royse City post office. Old review:The main office is nice but the person who delivers my mail is horrible at delivering packages. Multiple times I have found my package just sitting in plain sight in the middle of my porch. There are numerous places to put the package so it is out of the view of the street. It seems UPS and Fedex are able to comprehend this.

I understand Royse City is a small town, but only being open until 4:30 is RIDICULOUS. When do they expect people who missed their package (really postmen who never attempted to deliver it in the first place) get their package? People have jobs... Nonsense.
