Just standing in line was an awful experience. Why, you ask. Because just listening to the conversation of the other people waiting in line with me. The condescending remarks they were making about the two postal clerks working the counter really upset me. I looked at them, (the rude people remarking about the counter clerks), and I guess my look gave my feelings away. But the two postal clerks at the counter were patient, courteous and greeted everyone with a "good morning" and a nice smile. How a person can be treated so poorly with zero respect maintain a positive attitude, such as theirs, Ill never know. All I can guess is you folks must have one hell of a training program in "working with the public". I got the clerks names. The clerk to my left..her name is Rhonda. And the clerk to my right...his name is Reggie. I dont know if you folks have a reward system for exceptional employees but as a retired supervisor for the Texas Department of Public Safety I would ask that these two exceptional employees be recognized by their superiors and fellow coworkers. The US Postal Service is a joke. I paid $30+ for a package to be delivered overnight. It is guaranteed next day delivery or your money back. This is absolute BS!!! The package arrived 2 days late. 1st they tell me they cannot issue a refund until they find out why it was delayed. Thats not my problem, I just want my refund. Then they tell me they dont know how to process the refund since the label was purchased online. After wasting over an hour of my time they tell me I need to call Consumer Affairs. After 45 minutes on the phone I was told this is something that needs to be handled at my local post office. At this point its not even worth the $30 anymore. I will be using UPS and Fedex from now on.

If I could get a negative amount of stars I would. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF, you can call all you want about your package, chances are they wont answer. Or if you do have the pleasure of speaking to these illiterate and angry people like I did, youll get screamed at and hung up on. WHAT A JOKE, seriously get a new staff or people that know how to be civil human beings. No wonder USPS is going broke, its literally impossible to get any help from these people whatsoever. I REFUSE to do business with anyone that uses USPS as their mail carrier, its a waste of money and time. Not to mention hours of being put on hold to basically be told theyre not going to attempt to do anything to assist you.

Been glued to my window waiting for the mail guy to deliver my laptop. 6:30 my gf leaves the house and I tell her to see if the USPS guy is in the neighborhood. She calls me and says hes about 30 houses down. I stay glued to the window by the door until 7:05 when I get an email that they attempted to deliver my package, and to look for a note with more instructions. Looked everywhere outside, theres no note. Theres no loose dogs in my neighborhood to scare away the USPS guy, so wheres my laptop? Of course its saturday, and I need the laptop for when the new semester starts Monday, and theyre closed Sunday. My guess is someone got lazy at the end of their shift and decided to skip houses.

Today my boyfriend and I went to the Rockwall location to apply for our Passport. Shelly who works the front counter and does passport assisted us. She was amazing. She was so customer focus and a pleasure to work with. We ran into an issue with my boyfriends Texas birth certificate not being acceptable. And Shelly directed us to the courthouse down the street. And was willing to wait to go to lunch until we came back. We were able to get the certified birth certificate and Shelly processed our Passport. She was just a breath of fresh air. Very friendly to other customers. Its not everyday you run into this type of service. Thank you Shelly.

The supervisor is unprofessional. I have had two packages said they were delivered when they clearly werent. When called it said it was delivered to the wrong address and than when I try to file insurance on it, they changed the whole story said it was delivered and signed for. The surproviser said she wouldnt put it pass our mail guy that he stole it, but when we file an investigation my family and I get called liars. Will never send a package threw the usps again. In all the places Ive lived, worst postal service ever!

They forward my mail and deliver other peoples mail even after talking with the postmaster, deleting all forwards on my address. This has gone on a year. I wish we had FEDEX option for delivery. Three times I have tried to get my license and they will not forward. I evened met the lady who runs my route. I am electronic everything and good thing or 50% of my stuff would be in the bermuda triangle. They try to help and are very curtious (postmaster/Supervisor) etc but that doesnt get my mail delivered

This has been the worst mail service we have ever experienced in 6 decades of getting mail. Mail holds are not honored, mail is misdirected and today we finally were able to reach someone on the phone who confirmed a neighbor with the same numerals as our address put in a mail hold...but the carrier applied the hold to our mail/address. So we havent had mail for 3 days and one of the packages from Amazon has perishable items. I cannot begin to describe the mismanagement of this post office.

Doesnt deserve wrong star. Im constantly getting my neighbors packages and mail. Because Im an honest person I always give them their mail. Now Im missing 2 packages that were supposedly "delivered". Of course ther are my kids halloween costumes, with halloween 3 days away Im now screwed and so are my kids. THANKS FOR NOTHING ROCKWALL POST OFFICE.

This is the worst service I have ever had from a post office. The flag has been up on my box for two days and the carrier has yet to pick up. I cant get through to the post office because the phone just keeps ringing. Then they cant seem to find the right address to deliver to.

They are mishandling mail in the Shores area. I keep getting other people mail from another city. Our Christmas cards all came back to use, with no reason. The cards were all stamped by postal employees. They are idiots and just lazy. Also, we are not getting some of our mail.

Never trust the post man nor the post office we always get different peoples mail. And we had a package delivered a box to our neighbors house and said he didnt needless to say we lost a collectors coin and the post office dont want to do nothing about it.

Lovely staff and a fast moving line! I have multiple online buisnesses so I ship out via the post office multiple times a week. I always feel welcomed when I come! Its Such a great post office!

If you call youll get a busy signal 100% of the time. Ive never gotten through once. Not even ONE FRIGGIN TIME. So you try to stop by to talk to someone only to find out they close at 4:30.
