I would like to state whoever the mail person is for Sachse area is lazy and never delivers the mail to the correct address. I continue to get the mail for my shopping center and have to deliver the mail myself. I AM NOT EMPLOYED BY THE USPS you are so please do your job. I called to speak to a supervisor after tracking a package and was put on hold for over an hour. I understand during the holidays it can get a little crazy but my business is crazy as well. We hire additional help during these times ..maybe yall should think about doing the same. I had to do a business presentation last week without my equipment that was supposed to be delivered over 2 weeks ago!! The person who delivers our mail lied and said they attempted twice and we werent here. We are always open 8-7 and nothing. OVER IT!

I live less than 0.2 Miles away from this post office with that said this post office is the worst post office that I have ever used I ship about 100 packages a month. I try my best to never use them every time I have used them something is normally done wrong by one employ in-particular. This employ is the most incompetent person that I have ever met and has been at this post office for at least 6 years. She has turned a very convent post office into one that is not worth going to!!

This small post office has polite staff who ensure that even during the busy times that the customer feels welcomed. The wait time varies as one might expect--a weekday mid-afternoon can involve little or no line, while a noonday mailing can involve a substantial line. Still, this little outlet does a good job in busy or idle times. I am glad I have the chance to use this post office.

Friendly staff, short line when I went. Tonya was very patient and helped determine prices of two packages to different towns without pressuring me into paying for anything. Package prices are based purely on weight, not size (figuring they are reasonably sized of course, less than 2x2x2). FedEx and UPS could not get close to beating USPS shipping prices.

I have had three packages in three months three were late. Two were lost and I have to pick up every package at this location. They are less than helpful and dont care about customer service. I try to ship with FedX or UPS but they always get my package and I hate it. Just wish I would get my package at my door like everyone else.

They marked my package as "undeliverable as addressed." When I called, the lady said, "Were closed; you can call back tomorrow." If my package is sent all the way back to New Jersey because of this, Ill be seriously upset. Wish I could give negative stars for terrible customer service. Last time I use USPS

What can I say nicely about this Post Office. Its okay, Ill be generous and give them 3 stars due to how messy it is and for the lack of customer service. I know the employees work for the government but please try and care about your jobs and your customers. Thank you

I have been at my current address for more than a year and this POST OFFICE .. Is always returning my mail. I have called several times my names for mail are on my BOX and I still cant get my stuff... Then the customer service is the worst
