My postal delivery has been horrible! I have had at least 4 packages that I ordered that have not been delivered. It has been over 2 months on 2 packages and a little over a month on 2 other other packages. I have had someone else in the neighborhood that has come to my home on 3 separate occasions and bring my packages that were delivered to his house. Three packages delivered to the same house, not next door, but a whole block over on another street. Whats really strange is that anytime the pkgs are for a woman, myself, the guy whose house they were wrongfully delivered to, will bring them to my house. But the 4 pkgs for males, men Polo shirts, jeans and shoes, for my 21 yr old son, were never delivered to me or brought to my house by anyone, yet the shippers state all pkgs were shipped to me. Then the 3 pkgs brought to my house from the other man in the neighborhood were each opened and taped back together. I have never experienced such poor service from the post office. I will be using UPS or Fedex for all pkgs going forward.

The worst postal service ever!!!!!!!!....... First off, they are not open on Saturday!!!!!......Bad customer service right there. People actually have jobs during the week and use the weekend to run errands, except this post off doesnt care about that...... Secondly, the actual post man who drives the trucks will literally lie and say the package/mail was delivered but the package/mail will be at the post office collecting dust...... Thirdly, they barely answer the phones during their business hours.... Ive had to open investigations and file claims for "lost/stolen" mail......Im so sick of these lying, lazy, rat-faced bastards!!!!!!!.......Counting down the days until we move to an area with better postal service!!!

Actually they do not deserve a star at this time. January 6th my Titles was mailed to my car, I never received, February 4th Test result from my doctor mailed and was never received, a check was mailed on March 24 never received now I have wait now 15-17 days to receive my check. If its junk mailed and it has my name and address on it ...ITS MINE. my neighbors and I never spoke up when we receive each others mailed but when i dont receive my mail at all. IT"S A BIG PROBLEM. I dont like to complain but when a issue has gone to far it need to addressed. Lancaster please fix the problem or I will take it further..

Absolute worst service. Different postmen. Our mail delivered delivered to the company next door and they end up bringing it to us. The mailman never even checks the outgoing mailbox to where I have to take the mail and mail it but I go to a different post office because I Have lost all faith in this one. I have been calling all day today because we have outgoing mail and we have not received any mail and the line is just ringing busy ALL DAY. RIDICULOUS.

WORST COMPANY EVER ! IF I COULD GET REGULAR MAIL THROUGH FEDEX OR UPS FOR FREE I WOULD . I HAVE THE LAZIEST CARRIER AND WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN THE MANAGER RETURNED MY CALL RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE. OH YEA AND I RECIEVED A FINE IN THE MAIL BECAUSE I COMPLAINED . IF YOUR GOING TO BE A LAZY POS AND DRIVE MAILBOX TO MAILBOX INN THE CITY AT LEAST HAVE OUR MAIL ON TIME AND NOT AT 7PM . IF YOU HAD TO WALK I WOULDNT COMPLAIN BUT THEY ARE LAZY .

In the last 2 weeks i have called over 30 times at different times during the day and no one has picked up the phone. This is very unacceptable. I called a week prior because i had stopped getting mail from there for certain things, like my netflix dvds. I was told that if im getting other mail that i should be getting all of it and that i would be getting a phone call back.. I still have not gotten a phone call back!

Ive never had any issues at this location. Both ladies are friendly and helpful. The line can sometimes be long but it moves quickly. My only complaint is that customers tend to use the only handicapped spot to "just run in" which makes it difficult to find a parking spot in which I can remove my wheelchair from my car since spots are tight. Thats an issue with inconsiderate customers, not the post office itself.

This place is horrible Just like their damn water dept. They are so lazy and I had a package that was sent I. June and still not here. I called and verified the address which was correct. There is also a carrier who comes on my street ( not to deliver mail) but to see a woman and just parks with his lights on and leaves the truck outside for 30min to an hour. If I could give negative stars I would!!!!

This is the WORST postal office and location ever and I guess the manager George is an asswhole. If you dont like giving customer service, find another line of work and stop being so damn lazy. No help at all and need to change your damn attitude George! This location dont even deserve one star.

I ordered a $40 purse from just fab and they said they sent it off but I never got it. I honestly believe they opened my package and kept it. Im literally freaking mad. I would not order nun else if it got to come through them!!
