ZERO stars!! I pulled up to the parking lot at 5pm and ran inside because i needed to send something overnight, as soon as I opened the door and walked in the older man who I assume is the manager tells me, "sorry maam we are closed", as Im looking around and still see tons of people in line. I said "Sir I really just need to overnight this document." (Obviously this is very important if Im spending $24 to do so) and he just turns his head away and shakes his head no. How extremely rude to turn away something that is an emergency when Im standing in your doorway at 5 oclock and you still have people standing in line! One more customer wouldnt have made any difference. I am glad I dont live around here and have to do business with inconsiderate people like him. Extremely displeased.

I dont go to the post office often. But I really wish when they deliver mail that they would knock on your door if they have something that requires them handing you mail. Ive gotten important mail before and instead of coming to my house they just leave a note in the mail box that I need to go to the post office and pick up a letter. If I am at home then there is no reason I need to go back out to get something, or have to wait until a business day to get important mail. They seem nice enough and I know its a pain having to knock on doors, but dont leave me a note saying "sorry we missed me" if you didnt even make an effort to try to reach me

I live in Rowlett, and the employees at this location refuse to accept that they service this side of Wylie. On site, there is no automated kiosk. The closest one I can think of is in Richardson, but I could be mistaken. Not THE slowest counter service for sure, but that does not go far regarding USPS as a whole. One of the delivery employees likes to fold mail (and I mean hard creases, consistently) to be able to throw it into the box. No matter what, the monopoly it has in conjunction with junk mail/information selling earns USPS 0 stars until the day it shuts down. My business goes anywhere else I can take it.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I arrived at 5:02 and I know that they close at 5 but all I wanted to do was pick up a package. I could deal with being turned away because it is passed closing but when I asked the man guarding the door if he could please make an exception because I work in far west Plano and cant get there in time he said "Im not paid to listen to sob stories, Im paid to make sure you dont get in." This long-haired, bearded man (gentleman definately doesnt apply) was so rude that I hope someone reads this and fires him.

I ordered packages on 12/30/16 and on 1/4/16 I went in because on 1/3/16 it said it had a delivery attempt on 2 of my packages. I just came in last week for the same thing. Now its 2 packages AND they dont even show them on file. Every time I come in here I have to wait for an hour trying to figure out whats going on. I ordered ups and usps same day and everything comes to my house just fine except for usps. None of my packages require a signature and I dont know why they seem to always have so many problems.

I keep getting mail from another address six miles away I put it in mail box with flag up waited for mail man today saw him put mail in mailbox still didnt get it I went to mailbox and had a usps notice that they had missed me waited for mail on the other side of street got my letter, he said he knock lol I was standing in fort way front of house never got out, we have the wrost mail service when our mailman is off, this happens all the time, are they to tired to do their jobs, just asking

I know you didnt do it. You have always been a Great Post Office in Wylie. 436 Ewing Way, South Fork, Wylie, TX 75098-7276 havnt had mail in a week not even junk mail. Please investigate. I was waiting for a gift as well as $ help; and help to repair my home. What I was waiting for? South Fork has been "depositing" $2000 into my bank account (since my lot rent comes out of the same bank...they did have access. We have a GREAT Police Force that is investigating.

I went to the Wylie post office and was really unsure of what I was doing as I was sending something bigger than I normally do. The gentleman that helped me was patient and helped me get the best deal. I have been to plenty of Post Offices in my time and they are not always the nicest most pleasant people to deal with. I have been to the Wylie post office a few times and everytime has been a good experience.

I have been getting a neighbors mail in my box for 3 weeks almost daily. I have no idea where my mail is going. My wife and I have called and reported the problem three times now. Evidently my calls have done nothing as the problem still exists. At this point either laziness or incompetence is the problem and Im not even sure what to do. Please postal employees, get your act together.

I usually mail letters, packages, and boxes from the Wylie US post office. The services are excellent. Sometimes the line is long.
