I have complained to our postmaster I dont know how many times for errors that my carrier has done he doesnt knock on my door to deliver my packages he puts my packages and sometimes my mail in other neighbors mailboxes when I have a delivery that is to be signed for by someone in my home he signs for it himself which he is not supposed to do which means he could steal it and I couldnt prove it its absolutely ridiculous and our postmaster does nothing but say he doesnt make mistakes hes one of my best carriers thats got to be a joke when my neighbors down the street are constantly bringing me my mail and telling me that he always puts their mail in a different box to the mail service at the Forney Post Office is some of the worst I have ever seen Im going to try my best to get my mail delivered by FedEx or UPS or some other DHL service instead of our US post office why even have delivery carriers if theyre not going to do their job we should all just have to go up to the post office and use general delivery to get our mail and make all of the mail persons at the counter give us all of our mail every day this is absolutely ridiculous if we pay for carriers just to drive around through our streets and not do anything were wasting our tax dollars!

We had someone drop off some products for us (and they put them in our mailbox). Within an hour window of when the product was dropped off and when the mail was delivered the product went missing. It was not postmarked and was not in an envelope. My wife called and talked to a supervisor at the post office and they asked the driver if she took the items out of our mailbox. "She did not take anything out, but did see it in there." We have never have anything taken from our mailbox. Our neighborhood Devonshire has had nothing but problems with mail being delivered to the wrong address and USPS packages being delivered to the wrong houses. I understand to tell people from now on not to leave anything in our mailbox, however I would expect the postal carrier not remove anything without it having proper postage and the red flag up on the side of the mailbox.

I also have called the postmaster a number of times over the years (they used to answer) but there is never a resolution. The straw that broke the camels back was when I mistakenly opened someone elses bank statement. I didnt even look at the name because it was from my bank. I was furious so I sent an email to the Postmaster General in Washington DC laying out all of the major incidents such as a neighbors medications being delivered to me. NOW the postal workers are out to get me. They defaced my mailbox by writing in RED marker "Check Mail" and my mail is crumpled up with rubber bands, BUT I still get other peoples mail. I cannot get through to the post office by phone - its always busy. Now the Postmaster General in DC is ignoring my emails. Im so disgusted with it all! The worst service ever!!

I was just told by the mail lady to not put my empty trash cans in front of my mailbox. I live I. Heartland Texas: First, I cant control the garage men and where they put it after its empty; Second, everyone elses mailbox is blocked by cars and theyre not mine; and finally Call the HOA for this development or the trash company and tell them to stop doing it. Its not my fault she tripped after she got out to move them. DONT DELIVER THE MAIL THEN. I DONT CARE!!!

Fed ex leaves local parcel at this location for delivery, it never made it to my house. I was suppose to receive my package Friday, when they received this on Thursday, they decided it was better not to deliver same day and instead ship it back to Dallas for overnight. Because usps in Forney doesnt hold overnight packages to them it was better to send my belongings to Dallas than to deliver it to my doorstep less than 1 mile away.

We have had the same mail box number for over 50 years and for the past several months, we havent been getting our mail and its not just us. After talking to my brother and sister-in-law, Ive discovered that they havent been getting their mail either. Its at the point where I am about to start making some calls to The Forney Messanger, The Dallas Morning News, news stations, or whoever I have to to get this resolved.

This post office has the worst service I have ever been forced to endure. Not only is mail late, but if there is a car parked within 20 feet of your mailbox, the postal deliverer will not deliver your mail because the vehicle "blocks" your mailbox.

Have call and spoken to person in charge numerous times about mail delivery. Postal delivery has many, many problems. They either just do not give a hoot or they cant read. I will be going above their heads now....I have had enough.

I ordered a package to be delivered on Sunday and even though they had the right address on file, the moron took it to a closed down church and decided that was the right address and said that it was unable to deliver...

Rescheduled a shipment for this Saturday but did not receive the shipment. Also my mail is frequently placed in my mailbox bent in half... pretty absurd considering some documents could be quite valuable.
