#1: Some years ago a carrier at this post office had numerous complaints about their habit of putting mail in the wrong box. One of those wrong deliveries cost a family member $150.00 because the person who got the pick up ticket took it to the post office, pretended to be her and walked off with her package. They refused to do anything about it. That carrier should have been made to pay for their mistake. #2: No matter what you want in the way of special postage, they dont want to give it to you. They always know better. If you disagree, you get nothing but attitude This has happened to several family members. Last Friday I wanted to send a letter by registered mail so that could get a signature card back. They gave nothing but trouble until we agreed to send it by certified mail saying it would have to be signed for. I found out today I couldnt get a copy of the signature. I was angry and wanted to know how to get a copy of the signature. The person on the phone said he could get a copy, all I had to do was pick it up. The woman my family member spoke to was rude and disagreeable. She finally conferred with the man I spoke to and gave them the signature copy and was going to charge for it but after speaking someone, she didnt charge for it. When told this was an ongoing problem, she ,in a very rude and snotty manner said "dont listen us then" The personnel in this facility are rude, sometimes down right mean, and always deliver nothing but a negative attitude. Their services are so bad, even one star is to high a rating.

Without a doubt, the single worst customer service experience of my life. I had made an appointment to get a passport for my son because we were planning on leaving the country in a few months and had heard that Blairs post office could get the passport sent quicker than Omahas. After driving for 45 minutes, we arrived and stated that we had made an appointment. The woman at the counter immediately asked for our filled out paperwork and copy of drivers licenses. I had told her that we were waiting to fill it out there and that no one told us we needed a copy of the license, just the license itself. She became very rude and told us they dont make copies there and refused to help us any further until everything was complete. My sons mother went to the local grocery store to make a copy while I waited, and the woman hid behind a wall, refusing to service me. When we got the copy, our "15 minute window" had expired and were told we would have to make another appointment. I may have uttered some profanity and she went to her supervisor who basically told us to get out. 2 hours of our early morning wasted, and worse, no passport for our son, meaning we have to postpone our trip out of the country. The man on the phone (her supervisor) made no mention of bringing in a photocopy of our drivers license or that we would have such a short amount of time to get it done.

hours are too short, and when I called twice to ask if they could look in the back to see if my parcel was there, (one package went missing altogether, regardless it had tracking), she made me give my tracking number... she literally couldnt walk to the back to see if itd been brought back to the facility.... I was in the car when I called on the way to town, had to drive back home (outside of Blair) to get my tracking number, but by the time id have made it back to the PO, the office wouldve been closed... so had to wait until monday to actually receive my Saturday package. frustrating!!

Wow lets open then deliver /not deliver and leave a slip saying to come pick it up after 4:30. Then lets close at 4:30 I bet the customer will love this.... opens and closes while most people are at work if you work a 8 to 5 job good luck ever getting your packages during the week.

Friday September 23rd. We had a passport appointment for our daughter and the staff and the service we received was top-shelf. They were very helpful and attentive and worked with us through the process from start to finish with the utmost courtesy.
