We were on vacation for 5 days and didnt receive the mail as usual. I called the 16th & Farnam post office and Tim was very helpful in navigating who to talk to and sorting out the details. I am very satisfied with the service that they provide. Also Joe at the sorting location was a huge help too. Good job and we got our mail right after we got back. Thanks for looking out for us and our mail.

Self service is a mail slot. No automated mailing machine like post offices Ive encountered out west. Opens at 9? Thats not very ambitious. I wonder how much more business revenue this location could make if they opened before most people have to be at work. Long story short, I had to take my package to a local grocery store.

This post office location provides horrible customer service and the number listed is ALWAYS busy. Ive tried many different times on several days. And, the fax number they list is also disconnected. Going into the location, Ive found the people behind the counter to be rude as well.

They never have enough help at the counter. Long lines and one clerk. Other clerks are aways "on break" during busy times. Then when there are no customers they have 2 clerks. Also closing for a 1.5 hr lunch is crazy...ever heard of staggered lunch breaks like private businesses..

Extremely rude employees. Ive never been treated so poorly at a USPS location. The lady was extremely rude, didnt even smile and literally snapped at me for asking a question about package insurance. No wonder why USPS is suffering - nobody wants to ship with this company.

Completely positive experience. Went after lunch - there was one person on staff and she immediately offered help. She made recommendations on how I should ship and was great to talk to. Didnt catch her name but if you go around 3pm maybe youll have the same luck.

Christine couldnt have been nicer or handled my package more efficiently. I went back again and the service was excellent. Mailed another package and Tim was very efficient.

They lost a package full of Christmas presents that I sent to my family. Somehow the tracking number doesnt exist.
