Horrible experience. The tellers at this branch are impatient, horribly rude, and have no respect for the clients. On numerous occasions, these tellers have made me and others in front and behind me in line feel inferior. They act like they truly have something more important to do other than their jobs. Ive had better customer service at McDonalds than this branch. This is completely unacceptable especially for a federal agency. I wonder if these people have even been trained on professionalism or customer service.

I am going to straight up say this. Your automated phone system is dumb, You are sending packages out to the wrong towns and they get mixed up. This USPS sort nonsense is a load of absolute and PURE BS. Nothing like having late bills , and packages not even showing up in the correct towns because you cant get your act together. How about you fire the people that you have sorting mail.

Ive been using this post office for about 5 years now and I absolutely love all the employees! Usually in the mid-morning and mid-afternoon there is no wait time. You can drop off pre-paid packages and not wait at all anytime of day. The only issue I have ever really had was getting a hold of someone on the phone. Ill use this location as long as I live in Omaha. Great people.

This post office is a joke. Its a disgrace to all the taxes we pay to fund it. Waited 20 minutes while two clerks were "helping" customers, the line never moved the whole time. I wasnt the only customer disgruntled, and I ended up leaving because I spent my whole lunch break trying to ship something to a friend in Afghanistan and I never even got it sent.

Open 24 hours a day but no one is there to answer the phone. USPS all the way around is letting me down for this shipment would of only been a 9 hour drive but they are making it into a 3 day trip. I hope they destroyed the box so we can collect on the insurance cause at this rate my live fish are dead on arrival.

I am a local business that has been in the same location for over thirty years. My mail used to always come in the mornings now I am lucky if I get it before we close for the day. All of my complaints have never been answered. Thats what I get for something that has outlived its usefullness.

Havent got any mail in 2 weeks havent moved nothing has changed on my end. Has call a 150 times my calls never gets answered not even a answering machine! I get a daily news paper so were is all my mail at? 3 others in my apt building havent gotten mail either for the same amount of time!

Horrible service! They take forever for everything . They are rued. And I had to get a very import package out and its been more then a month and they dont even know where its at yet. Never doing business with then again!

Ive always had very good experiences here. I just wish they were open longer, like they used to be. It would be great if Congress would stop trying to kill the Post Office by bleeding it of funds.
