I needed a stamp to mail one first class letter and the lobby was closed so I had to use the machine in the outer lobby. This machine does not accept cash... debit or credit cards only and has a minimum charge of $1 so I used my card to purchase 3 $0.44 stamps ($1.32). It charged my card and after 15 minutes spit out three BLANK pieces of paper. The next day I still needed a stamp so I went in for a refund. I explained what happened to the woman at the desk and gave her my receipt and blank paper. She was clueless, so went to find help. I said (to nobody) it looked like getting a $1.32 refund was going to be a big hassle, and customers behind me laughed. She returned and started waving a form at me that I would have to fill out for any refund. I said I was handicapped (diabetes and a charcots ankle) and couldnt stand there filling out forms for 20 minutes in order to get a $1.32 refund (more laughter from the customers). Supervisor Gann showed up and basically said I was being unreasonable about the whole matter. I said they could keep the $1.32 and sell me one more stamp so I could mail my letter and get out of there. I added that this kind of customer service was the reason the post office was in trouble. I had already bought the FOURTH stamp when Gann told me, and I quote, "FILL OUT THE FORM OR GET OUT OF MY LOBBY!" I said "Seeya" and left. I was in my car in the parking lot when Gann came outside and headed my way. I was sure he was about to apologize but I was wrong. He now accused me of causing the whole problem by not knowing how to use the machine!!! I advised Gann that on my dumbest day, I was one hell-of-a-lot smarter than he was. Supervisor Gann is a joke and should be ashamed of himself. They better teach these losers some customer-service skills before the post office is nothing more than a distasteful memory.

Worst post office branch Ive ever dealt with. Any time Ive been in there has been a line out the door with only 1 or 2 clerks working. And I use the term working loosely, they clearly dont care about speed of service. The home delivery service is equally as poor. My mail carrier couldnt figure out how to work the flap on my slot, so he just pulled it off, just wow! When he does deliver mail, he just crams it in the slot like he has no working knowledge of how to place a letter in a slot. If I have out going packages anywhere near the slot, he will literally pitch a child like fit on my porch (I have the cctv footage to prove it)...where he will kitchen my boxes and at times throw my furniture OFF the porch and into my front yard. He has even left very rude notes in my mail box. Ive called the post office branch multiple times now asking to speak to a supervisor. Cant seem to get a call back.

I have for some time had a problem getting my mail and packages delivered to my apartment, it seems my letter carrier simply can not figure out a series of numbers and letters equals an address. well recently I ordered a package online and put in the apartment office number along with my apartment number hoping he could figure that out. My carrier has the nerve to write on the package "if you order and you(underlined) want your(also underlined) mail put in the correct address". with the box all smashed and torn up. after filing a complaint with the post office online I was told I would receive a phone call from the supervisor of the location after she had spoken with my carrier. that was last Friday no such phone call has been received and its almost a week later minus Sunday of course. I believe I will be going down to the local post office tomorrow to see what the hold up is.

One slow, I-dont-give-a-damn-and-you-cant-ever-fire-me-clerk, for 15 customers during non-holidays is ridiculous! Communism is clearly not dead! After returning from his mandatory hour-long break, the clerk who had been there several years wasnt trained on "Special Pricing" and sent me back to wait on the other clerk. Ive never had to wait behind less than 10 customers no matter what time of day or how many clerks they have attending. They all act very ungraciously every time I go there. IMPORTANT NOTE: There are sympathizers out there (employees?) allegedly bumping-up the Scores here anonymously for this office without even making a comment (see later blank-comments.) IT JUST GOES TO SHOW YOU HOW TRULY EVIL THIS PLACE IS!!! Write directly to the Postmaster General in Washington DC about this office! (The Tulsa PM loves these abusers!)

I use this post office all the time to drop my mail and packages off. They have self-service machine inside, which is useful because I usually do not like having to talk to the clerks to buy stamps and pay for postage. Whenever I have to face the clerks, however, many of them are rude and there are usually only 1-2 clerks working. One literally shouted at everyone in line, especially to an older man who was hard of hearing. Another took an exceptionally long time processing a package I was trying to mail internationally. Another did not know of the "Songbirds in Snow" stamps I requested and looked at me funny. How can you work in a Post Office and not know the products you offer and sell? Overall, this place is great if you are not doing any human interaction.

This is a great location . I have never had a bad experience . Friendly staff. My delivery man is superb . Only times I have had a problem was when he had a substitute while on his days off and the fact that they didnt have voter registration forms . Every time I have called them re rescheduling of a delivery they went out of their way to accommodate me. You naysayers need to get a grip and realize how great it is to have a post office so conveniently located . You will be going to The Farm UPS store or FedEx on Yale if this place is closed . Both more expensive .

I am reminded of the phrase "patience is a virtue" whenever I go to the post office. Be prepared to wait in line if you need to send out a package, or need any assistance from an employee. When its finally your turn in line, they are always ready to assist, and usually with a smile. My favorite is the guy at the far north end of the counter. I wish I could remember his name, but he is always up-beat and helpful. I like this location because it also has a self-serve center, wherein you are able to purchase stamps, weight, and mail packages any time of day. I find this very convenient.

The mail carriers are as lazy as they get! They know the guy delivers packages to apartment offices, instead of using the mail boxes for the purpose of which they were built, and yet they continue to let him do it! I had a package on amazon that said it was delivered today, but do I get notified? Nope. My orders status gets changed after the office here is closed, and says it was delivered 7 hours previously! If you dont mind going somewhere where the people are too lazy to open a single door that opens 20 mail boxes at once, then be my guest and stop by here.
