I have no idea why these two idiots are getting paid. They NEVER answer the phone. I got so mad today and went up there and called them from the parking lot and walked inside just to see what the issue was. Lmao! I get inside and can hear the phone ringing off the hook while they are at the desk playing on their phones. So I asked them why dont they answer the phone and they both said "how can I help you". Ummmmm, you can start by actually earning your damn paycheck!! Ridiculous. And all of these reviews say the same thing too? Is there ever going to be a reprimand or results??

"Jacob" (This Indian looking man) refused to take mine and my sisters orders, was extremely rude, sexist towards women (my sister), and insulting! I have filed a complaint against him and this post office. He has no business working in public with his poor attitude. No lady should ever be told repeatedly to "stop talking and listen to me" when she wants her question answered and "I dont want to, I refuse to take your orders". I hope to see that he no longer works at this location the next time I have a package to send off.

They lost my package, keep giving me the runaround, looked once for like 5 seconds for it in the back, I didnt even get to finish saying my address before she started walking away from me, they never answer the phone, the mailman leaves the little orange slip outside blowing around in my yard instead of leaving it in the mailbox...very unprofessional. Hate dealing with them and still havent gotten my package that said was "delivered to a parcel locker", its been missing since March! Sucky people, Sucky post office!

These people are so rude. I hate having to go to this office. Nobody ever helps you and if you go and ask about a package they ask for your address but dont even wait for you to finish say the first name of the street they go to the back and come 10 seconds after saying theres nothing. No no bad service. USPS please get new people and fire those that you got. I see all the reviews here and cant believe yall still havent new people.

Attempting to get in contact with this office is a nightmare! If you have a question about a package or have an issue, they dont answer their phone and wont return requests to be contacted. Beyond horrible customer service!

This post office always closes before closing time. I get off at 4p and always have 5 to 10 min when i get there and they are closed. Highly mad and frustrated.
