I called because I was curious about the club as I, like the rest of America made a New Years resolution to get healthier. I am absolutely appalled by the way I was talked to and treated on the phone. First of all I mentioned on the phone Im in the process of trying to get my work schedule changed and currently I was working nights. So that should have been a flag to the person on the phone that maybe this week wouldnt be a good time for me. I was basically told I had to attend a class to "train my brain" because I had an unhealthy relationship with food and was told on the phone that pretty much the position I am in is my fault and made me like I am worst human being on the planet. Well the problem with the class it is Tuesday nights in the evenings, I cant do that as currently Im working. So the person who I spoke with told me, "I dont think we would be a very good fit for you." Rudely and very snarky as well. If this is how you treat potential clients I cant imagine how treat actual clients. I have already told all of my friends to stay away from you. This absolute BS that I was treated the way I did because at the moment my work schedule doesnt work with club hours.
