This gym is awesome for the price. They have a large rec room, and every piece of equipment youd need for a full workout. Even during peak hours I never had to wait on a machine, its always clean, but the what sold me is the personable staff. Overall Im extremely happy with this gym, and Im confident I wouldnt get the same atmosphere elsewhere.

My husband and I could not be more impressed with Kyle and his staff!!! We grew up in Rockwall when it was a small town and Kyles team continues to give us that small town feeling everytime we come to the gym! People are very genuinely nice and it doesnt get too packed full of people. Nice, new equipment that are spread out to give enough space such that you dont feel cramped.
