The Tuesday & Thursday yoga instructor is a complete joke. I attended 3 classes to ensure I wasnt just making a impulsive judgment. I have attended many 24 Fitness yoga classes at different clubs. This instructor rushes thru a few poses, doesnt bother engaging or checking on her students. Also she only does 20 minutes of fast yoga then goes into 40 minutes of sitting around & doing therapy on balls. THIS IS NOT YOGA. I feel like she is ripping everyone off that is looking for a yoga class & paying membership dues. No wonder her class only has a few students in it each time I attended. If your looking for a good yoga class this is not the place. I have been a member of 24 Hour Fitness for 10 + years & never been so disappointed.

Compared to other 24s around this one isnt bad. Better than planet fitness, not as nice as lifetime. Best value is to purchase the two year membership up front from Costco. Month-to-month is pretty expensive for what you get from here. All in all, I like it, but it could use a couple of real Smith machines (the one they have is at an angle and isnt the greatest for upper body) and needs more than one of a few other machines. Free weight section isnt bad and has a decent selection and two full sets of dumbbells for redundancy. For some reason though it seems like theres only 3 10# plates in the entire place. Could be a little cleaner, but all in all its fine.

This 24 Hour is TERRIBLE. I was a member there for 2 years and recently left due to the condition. There is CONSTANTLY broken equipment. I understand this is normal, but the length of time it takes to get repaired is ridiculous. The grips on a lot of the equipment is either gone or slid out of reach. Seems these never get repaired or replaced. You never get an elliptical machine that behaves the same way. They have cleaning people come in, but they never wipe down any of the equipment. They only clean the mirrors... May seem like a good deal, but trust me... its worth the extra $5 / month at a different gym.

Been coming here for 5 years, Steam room is always hit or miss, so last month we got notice that sauna area would be down for repair/remodel think first notice was for 15-20 days, eventually ended up being 30 something days, and from what i can tell, nothing was done, steam room is worse than ever, was hoping ,because of the area this location is at , and the amount of revenue this location acquires, would have walk into a decent/updated sauna area....my new years resolution, cancel membership, find new gym....

We have never been treated so awful by Tyler, a team member, and Randall who says he is the Club Manager. Tyler was so rude to us I decided to call back and speak to a manager. Yes I was upset and I called Tyler an a**hole, but Randal cut me off 3 times and kept laughing at me, he even laughed at me when I pointed out he was laughing at me! I have never seen such lack of professionalism, and it makes me question if I want to pay them a dime more than I have to. I think its time to look for a new gym.

Horrible employees and sign up policies. Many people sneaking in and signing up under 18 of age. Employees are thinking more about their paychecks rather than their customers satisfaction. One of them said this straight to my face. Dont want to be rude but some of the employees dont even look like they belong there. For example the girl who works at the desk doesnt even look like she can squat her own weight. This place is just a mess. If I could, i would rate this place -10 stars.

The sales guy told us no contract and that we could cancel anytime. That was real important to us. I took his word for it so i just signed the papers without looking it over..my fault..well that was a lie because He (Cody) signed us up for 12 months. He told us the stair steppers would be repaired or replaced..6 months later they are still broken..so that was a lie.. Over crowded gym. With all the new gyms at 10 dollars a month check out your options.

I just moved here and am going to different gyms to see which one I like the best. I printed out a 3 day pass and they would not let me in because I didnt have a texas license yet. From what I saw though it didnt look like I was missing much. I am going to join the YMCA and give them my money. The YMCA fitness center is far more superb than 24 hour shitness! They even gave me a week pass for free... and they let me use it.

dont bother signing up, as it is a scam, they tell you you can cancel at anytime but then they try to charge you for a annual fee, they ask for your bank info and i asked the lady if it was going to charge my bank at all and she said no, now im sitting here with a negative balance.its 10 dollars a month to freeze your account and 280 dollars to cancel my member ship, dont bother signing up for this trap its all a scam.

The managers and some employees are so disrespectful and dont waste your time going here its just a bunch idiots with power trip, Ive been working out at 24 fitness for 11 years and never have I been so disrespected Im my entire life. There was another guy that got screamed at the front desk while I was on the stair machine and I was so embarrassed by the way the manager screamed and acted. Never in my life!Wow.

Excellent gym for all types. Friendly staff, clean facility. I have been working with a trainer who is a consummate professional - well qualified, personal, patient, and consistently has a 5-star work ethic during our appointments. And Im seeing great results with my training goals. Cost of training sessions very competitive with other area gyms, espec if you can buy a package during one of their "specials."

I see why people say dont got there.... I showed my 3 day pass to see if I like the place and the sales manager tells me I cant play basketball until I sign up 1st... Then what the hell is the 3 day pass for to see if I like the place. "All come on sit down it will only take two minutes" (worlds biggest & number one lie!!) Half a star!!!!

This place is gross and needed a remodel some time ago. Smells awful and equipment is in obvious need of repair. There is no way Id lift on that equipment nor trust that my kids are safe given the lack of focus on cleanliness. Checking to see if our vaccinations are up to date shouldnt need to be part of the process.

Its a gym, it works for getting in shape. The thing that sucks about this place is the residents of Rockwall. They are rude and have become very liberal, making them the worst type of gym people. I feel as though the gym keeps thing very clean and maintained considering all the flawed people that go to this gym

The people who work there are awesome... They dont pay them enough though. The equipment is good.. Older but good. They need to clean at door... Gum and filthy trash can.. My shoes turn black from the stairstepper. Its definitely a love hate relationship... Coorporate sucks!
