Updated below. Excellent customer service, however, they never answer the phone. When I first showed up, an employee came out to write an estimate and just buffed out most of the scratches right on the spot! This was great! I did need a piece of window trim replaced so they ordered it and we scheduled an appointment a week or so out. I needed to reschedule the appointment and tried calling 10+ plus times. Eventually I had to drive down there and talk to them in person to reschedule. A few days later I went in for the repair and after removing the original from my car they realized they had the wrong part. They re-ordered the part and the second one arrived damaged. Currently still waiting for the third time charm... I dont think the part ordering mix-up is their fault though, and again excellent customer service. UPDATE: It took several weeks and 10 attempts at ordering the part since it kept showing up damaged according to Josh. The tenth one was installed even though it had some slight buffing nick marks. After all of this I was just too sick of dealing with it to continue the struggle. Youd have to know where to look and look pretty close to see it so I decided to let it go. Overall, the place was pretty good about it, but it was pretty clear they were just as sick of dealing with it as I was. Depending on the problem I might go back again, and after everything Ive been through, Id say thats still a pretty positive review.

I just had my vehicle repaired by the crew at this shop. The damage to my rear bumper was minor, however, their workmanship was excellent. I am a car enthusiast and keep a keen eye on the condition of my vehicles. My car required a three stage pearlescent paint that they were able to match to the factory, with only spider webs in my old clear coat to give away the new work. Nothing a home detail cant fix. Throughout the three day experience they kept me updated multiple times, daily, via text message and, surprisingly, phone call. I was initially inclined to say that it was a tad much. Though, theres a certain charm to their attentiveness. Its hard to fault someone for being too responsive. Edgar was a gent and easy to work with. Would recommend to a friend, for sure.

I would recommend this place to everyone. Not only is the establishment cool with the music that they play and their free arcade style lounge, but the staff was great too! Everyone was very friendly, helpful, efficient and fast. Each visit that I was there, I was back to work within my lunch hour time frame. They updated me daily via text on the status of my car, and they did an amazing job! I cant tell that my car was ever damaged. And Matt was extremely cool!!! He explained everything that was going to be done to my car and made me feel at ease with what was going on. Thanks guys!!!! You made my first autobody shop experience a great one!!!!

I had a claim and needed my car dropped off. The snotty receptionist...told me in a rude manner that I would have to wait and it might be a while. She told me she would call me back...and didnt give me a time when that would be....Unacceptable!!! I have taken my car there a few times before so I expected better service and a nicer personality. I will never go to these guys again. There was even some gaps in workmanship as far as loose parts under my bumper from the last time they worked on it. I have chosen to take my business elsewhere and never again to Auto Mall Autobody. My advice is improve your customer service.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE OF AN EXPERIENCE. Dont bring your car here@!!!! The owner misquoted estimates, the staff left my car unlocked in their parking lot 3 separate times, I now have warning lights blinking on my dash, and I finally said ENOUGH and moved it to their competitor next store. The managers are incapable of resolving a situation. I wouldnt bring my car back there if you paid the bill!

This place is INCREDIBLE! They have the BEST customer service that Ive ever received from an auto body shop! My husband busted the door latch on his truck and they fixed quickly, and replaced it with a latch that is much more durable. Pricing is reasonable and service outstanding. I here they are opening up a mechanic shop too. This is definitely the place Im going for now on!

Automall Autobody is the best body shop in the valley. They helped me deal with the insurance company and made a bad situation much more bearable. If you want repairs done quickly and correctly tell your insurance company youre taking your car to Automall Autobody.

I took my van in after being rear-ended last month. Automall Autobody was great with communication during the whole process. The repairs look great and a bonus was that they washed it, vacuumed & shined the interior.
