Professional, courteous and straightforward. Family owned business that treats their customers as if it was a part of theirs. Mr. Wayne Kelly - shop manager with over 20+ years of experience walked my wife through the facilities and the process of dealing with the insurance company. My wife could not have been any happier. She was also greeted by Brian Kelly.. the owner of the Collision Center and made her feel so at ease because they took the time to explain to her the process of what it will take, and how long it will take to repair and return her vehicle. They even helped her get a rental car for only $7 a day. Go see the guys at Velocity Collision Center for any and all of your auto body repair needs...and you will come out with a smile too.
