ABSOLUTE WORSE! I went in to this dealership to trade 2 vehicles in last year when my spouse passed away. I did not need 2 luxury vehicles and decided to get one vehicle that would suit my needs. I actually worked with Rose and Eric the general manager. I traded a 2012 Audi S4 and a 2009 BMW 128i for a 2015 BMW X1. They did not have the color I wanted so they ordered one from California and told me they would allow me to drive one of my previous vehicles as a loaner until my new one arrived. A couple weeks later when it arrived, it was the wrong vehicle. I was immediately informed that they could not really order the other one, and they assured me that the vehicle I was purchasing was an AWD. Eric in order to save the sale told me that he would actually give me 6 free years of Sirius/XM radio and also knock 4k off the price of the vehicle. Since I was actually a little distraught still from the loss of my spouse and did not want to be making 2 vehicle payments I decided that I would take him up on his offer. I was assured that this vehicle was AWD but found out a couple months ago that it in fact was rear wheel drive. Funny how Rose could lie to me and assure me that it was AWD! My Sirius/XM subscription ended at the end of September and I called Rose to inform her that I would need them to reactivate it and she explained she remembered the 6 free years and would have to contact her boss, when she called me back she informed me that she could not honor that promise because some other manager said it was not possible. I asked her why she was not talking to Eric since he was the one that handled it. She then proceeded to play the "everyone is in a meeting" or "everyone is on vacation" or "the BMW rep cannot be reached at this time". ALWAYS an excuse!! I even have a few emails indicating where she remembered the 6 year promise. I realize that the cost of this membership is not that much but it is the fact that they promised something and then a year later did not follow through! One point I did speak to Eric who felt it perfectly acceptable to yell at me and tell me to stop being "cheap" that the membership for Sirius was only like 100 per month but when I told him it was the principle and that he lied to me and I feel like they pulled one over on me, he assured me that he would make sure this would happen and he has never lied to me! He explained that he would get everything working and have Rose contact me back once everything was accomplished. Rose informed me that everything would be taken care of after the new year and when I called her back today and wanted to know what was taking so long, keep in mind I did get sick of not having Sirius so I did purchase another membership, she told me that they could not do the 6 years, never apologized, and told me at this point that was never promised to me, even though I do have emails where she admitted that it was and had told me over the phone several times that she remembered. I called her a liar and hung up, I was so angry I wanted their corporate number because I wanted to make a complaint so I called back and the elderly lady receptionist would not stop talking enough for me to ask my question, she put me on hold then the call was disconnected. I called back got someone else who immediately handed the phone to Eric, he refused to provide the number to his boss or his name and said I could look it up myself because he refused to give it to me, began raising his voice telling me to take a deep breath and calm down. He told me that no one ever wanted his bosss number so he would not provide it and then told me to stop calling and hung up on me.

I rarely write reviews. I write them when my expectations have clearly either been surpassed or when they have come in far below what I had hoped. So in this case, I have to admit, my experience was quite underwhelming. 3 stars is generous, although I did that because even though I wasnt happy, they didnt necessarily DO anything blatantly wrong, other than not meet my expectations. Ive bought plenty of cars in the past. Ive bought new and used. I purchased a used Infinity 3 years ago and had a way better experience than this one. When I walked into a BMW dealership, my expectations immediately went up, as they should, correct? I found the car I wanted online. I called and spoke to a rep there and basically handed her this sale. I came back the next day to drive it and was ready to buy. She was nice, but even thats stretching it. I was never once made to feel like an important customer. We were there through dinner time and although we were offered a bottle of water, my husband had to find a vending machine for a snack. Ive been offered full meals before waiting for paperwork on a car purchase. So, we were made to wait, as usual, but were left for long periods of time without knowing where we were in the process or what was happening. Our sales person was not attentive. She barely seemed to care. Again I say, this sale was handed to her. She had to do nothing to make it happen yet acted as though we werent important. And then there was the finance guy. As always, they are your best friend until you say no. We were chatting and laughing and then once we declined additional warranties, he barely looked at us. The friendliness was gone. We did our paperwork the first night but had to come back the next day and after we finished with finance, we basically just wandered out. Our rep was no where to be found, and we just left. She did call me the next day to apologize, but it wasnt like saying goodbye would have improved this much. It was all VERY weird and I certainly did not feel like I was at BMW. There was absolutely NOTHING about this experience that would bring me back. As a matter of fact, I cant think of a worse car buying experience, only because of the expectations I had. I dont have the same expectations from Toyota, although when I purchased from them, they were great! Maybe they treat all their pre-owned car buyers like this and maybe you have to buy new to get their attention, Im not sure. But I will not go back and I was not satisfied.

Im only giving this store 4 stars (i wish I could give it a break down score or at least a 4.5) because the inventory selection is a little lacking, especially for used cars. The Las Vegas store (which is owned by the same company) is obviously favored and thus gets the better inventory, specifically the used inventory, which isnt a bad thing, unless you live in Henderson and dont want to drive all the way to Summerlin to look at a car. Before today you could ask me what I thought about this dealership and Id tell you "Dont go there, theyre rude and horrible, and a disgrace to the BMW brand" this was based on a few experiences just after they started remodeling a little over a year ago. Since then the people who were truly a disgrace to the brand have been ousted, or at least werent there today and all the people I did deal with made my experience truly pleasant. The upgrades done to the showroom have done wonders, the staff has gotten a complete overhaul, theyre nothing but nice and friendly and very not pressuring, before youd get a million emails of them saying things like "You know [insert name] i went to finance and we worked it out so we can get you into this 320i sedan for the price you want" mind you, the car you were looking at was a 340 or 4 series, but somehow they wanna sell you this 320 and think youll go for it, oh and the price is at the top of your budget with a sizable chunk down (Im talking $5k+ for a $35k car). I made the trek to the Vegas store as well and can say all the same things about them that I can say about this store. Its nice to see this change in employee attitudes and behavior, and its very welcome, Chelsea and Johnny (i hope i spelled your names right) were amazingly helpful and Johnny had this amazing energy, I didnt really get a chance to work with Chelsea because she had an appointment that showed up right after I did so she apologized and left to deal with them, which is when Johnny stepped in, but Chelsea did come back to check on me later, which was also really nice. If theyre working on commission they dont act like it. I went back the same day after working with Johnny and when i took the car for another test drive and was crawling all over it to inspect it Chelsea was the one to go on the drive with me and both her and Johnny were there to answer the questions I had.
