I have experienced quality repairs on my vehicle on four separate occasions at New Look Collision Center and have been happy with every experience and repair. Two repairs were simple side mirror replacements and the other involved a sideswipe involving two door panels. This fourth time the damage was very extensive. The whole front end of my vehicle was crushed and I considered no other body shop options because I knew that New Look Collision Center was the only place I wanted to take my automobile for repairs. The customer service level can be compared to checking into a five star hotel. I have been welcomed and addressed by name. On several occasions they kept me informed by initiating contact with me to provide an update on the repair and I was happy to hear that my vehicle was ready a week earlier than promised. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the friendly and professional, Letty. She took care of everything: the damage report, filing the claim with my insurance company, and the transportation to the vehicle rental center. I was in and out in about ten minutes, on the way to the car rental. I also stopped by to retrieve some items from my trunk a week later. I was impressed as I was escorted through the garage. It was neat, and clean smelling. My car was in an air conditioned garage and the engine was covered with a protective cloth as it was awaiting some parts from Toyota. I left with the feeling that my car was in good hands and in an active state of repair. Upon completion of my repair, I was happy to see that my car was returned clean and looking like the brand new Toyota Camry that I purchased. I strongly recommend New Look Collision Center!

I have a Lexus LS430 that I took here to get repaired. I am very meticulas when it comes to my car. Yes Im the guy that will spend hours on my saturday waxing and detailing my car until it shines like new. I was concerned having to take it in to a body shop because the paint has had several years of exposure in the sun. I thought it would have been impossible to to match the paint of the repair to the rest of the car. I was assuming I was going to have to repaint the entire car, because if it wasnt perfect I know it would have driven me crazy. Let me tell you this shop is amazing. My car is perfect!!! The Paint is Perfect!!! One thing I would recommend is to view their work area. I remember visiting other body shops and the work areas in the other shops just didnt come close. I have had other work done before at their other location and this new location is just as good. I can never see myself using any other body shop. If you are looking for a body shop make sure you have these guys in your short list. If you simply visit the shop youll see what I mean.

So I decided to make my car look like new on my own..as luck would have it i burned my paint. So after my disaster where else could could i take it to look new? Only place for me is, NEW LOOK COLLISION CENTER! These guys do it RIGHT EVERY TIME!!!!!! They not only fixed my "oops" but delivered my car to me looking BRAND NEW! This is the second time the crew at NEW LOOK have done work on my Viper to make it look so beautiful! I even referred my son there to have work his car which came out FLAWLESS!!! Mike and Teresa should be so proud of the class act employees they employee! Everyone is friendly, professional and show respect with such a desire to meet or exceed your expectations! I WONT BE Taking Any of cars anyplace else but NEW LOOK COLLISION!!! Thanks Guys!

I would like to take the time to say New Look Collision is awesome from the CEO/owner to the technicians at the shop. I had a full engine replacement done there just a few weeks ago. When they finished the engine replacement was complete they even sent it to the Ford dealer to have everything gone through. Any Questions or concerns I had regarding my vehicle they addressed them immediately. The GM Paul and even the CEO Mike contacted me to make sure I was 100 percent satisfied with experience. From rental cars to special test at the dealers and even the customer service was awesome. Extremly reputable company.

They frankly didnt know how to deal with my car, to be fair its a more exotic car but they said it was beyond repair and wanted to charge a ridiculous amount then refused to even work on it after it became a salvage title. They took the car apart to do an estimate and wouldnt even put it back together, then they had the audacity to charge me for their time!(Luckily the insurance company paid for that) Long story short I took it across town and they got it done for half.

New Look Collision was recommended to me by a Performance shop I take my Corvette for work. They are great! Every day they sent me progress photos. Before I had body repairs by the company the insurance company recommended, the deference was night and day. Not only did they repair the damage, but they fixed the goof ups the other company did. I had a badly oxidized and faded hood on my 15 year old SUV , and they fixed it in a timely manner and most important they had matched the paint perfectly, which I didnt even think was possible because the rest of the car had oxidation issues too. They even polished the rest of my car and gave it to me clean , I am very impressed with their work.

These guys did a really great job fixing my wrecked pick up truck. On top of that they went out of their way to help me figure out a wiring issue that was causing my tail light to stop working. They even swapped out the bulb that was in there because it was the wrong amperage. These guys are a class act!

Took our 03 Ford Explorer here for some damage repair. Couldnt believe how great of a job they did on our vehicle. Paint and finish were perfect. They even detailed the car for us before we picked it up. Hands down the best Collision Center here in Vegas, and thats saying a lot being a native myself.
