I had a really good experience dealing with Auto Body Works and Collision. From the day I received my estimate to the day I picked up my car, I was treated with respect and kindness. When I went in for my estimate, even though it was unscheduled and unexpected on their end, they were able to get my estimate done right away, giving me a very reasonable price, and educating me on what repairs were necessary and why. They happily answered any and all questions. I went a few other places for estimates (the insurance I was dealing with requested three estimates), and was even aware that I would have to wait a whole week longer compared to other auto-body shops just to drop my car off, but was so impressed with the customer service that it was well worth the wait, making my decision to do business with them as opposed to another auto-body shop, an easy choice. After dropping off the car to have it repaired, I had to call in and request some additional information for my insurance on two different occasions. Each time I did, the answers and information requested were promptly emailed to me within minutes. When I was notified that my car was ready to be picked up, I went in to pay, and was notified that they were able to completely avoid replacing a part they had included in the estimate and charged me much less than I had been told. I understand that not everyone will have this pleasant surprise when doing business with Auto Body Works & Collision Repair, but you can rest at ease knowing that if this company can save you money or avoid billing you for unnecessary labor or parts, they will. I would and will, highly recommend Auto Body Works & Collision Repair in Provo to any and all of my friends looking for a place to have their auto-body repairs done.

On Sunday, someone hit my car and dented it enough that my drivers side door wouldnt open and even worse they didnt leave insurance info. Since then Ive been awkwardly climbing out my passenger side door and trying to figure out the cheapest way to get my door to start working. I made a feeble and pathetic attempt to pop the dent out myself with an even more pathetic tool kit I bought at a grocery store years ago. Finally, on the verge if tears, I gave up and took it to Auto Body Works & Collision. Ray, the owner I believe, appraised my car and gave me a free estimate. The cost of total repair was way more than I could afford. In addition to the free appraisal, Ray went out and popped the dent out of my car to make sure I could get in the drivers side. He didnt charge me a dime and my car door is working as well as it ever has before. Ive been trying to stay positive about this experience and not get angry at the person who hit my car. Now Im just feeling overwhelmed at the generosity and kindness of the great people who helped me today. Ive had my car repaired at this same place years ago and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs in utah valley. They are just kind beautiful generous people.

Wow! Above and beyond any expectation I couldve had! Eight thumbs up if I had that many. Staci and Ray were so incredibly kind. They cleared up all of the confusion of being involved in an accident (Id never had to deal with an accident situation, and I was battling back and forth with the insurance companies involved). Staci was phenomenal; she literally took all of my problems related to the accident into her own hands. She did way more than expected to make sure I was being treated fairly. In all actuality they were so kind and helpful that I was somewhat suspicious of them, but I realized that theres absolutely nothing to be suspicious of; theyre just really that nice and really that genuinely helpful. Christmas cards going to Auto Body Works for sure. They made life so much easier for me during the whole process. Highly recommended is an understatement. I wouldnt go to anyone else in town!

The competency, honesty, integrity, and transparency of Ray was outstanding. The work exceeded my expectations. Ray had stated that there might be some slight "differences" since only a quarter panel was fixed and repainted -- there was no noticeable difference from the original and what they had done. What was most impressive was that he disclosed, verbally, what problems might be incurred before accepting the job. Most places make excuses after the fact or expect you to "read the fine print." Pricing was fair and the job was completed on time as stated. In todays world they clearly set the standard for customer service, quality of work, and fairness in pricing. I have no hesitation in recommending this facility and their people. My summary, completely trustworthy. David, Provo, Utah October 10, 2014

I was looking for a place to have our old family trucks exterior restored. I called and e-mailed various places. Auto Body works was one of the quickest to respond, honest and fair in pricing and caught my attention right away. The owner came out to inspect the vehicle for an estimate, and as we went through the process of having the work done, there was never more than an 8-10 period between correspondence if I had a question or if they had a question about what I wanted. The truck is BEAUTIFULLY finished, and they took the time to do the little extras, like painting the plastic grille and the vents behind the doors. Bang for your buck I doubt youd find anywhere within 50 miles that could do the same quality of work at a better price. Ill go back there for SURE, even if its just to say HI!

No complaints at all! We had our car estimated by them roughly 6 months ago. Gave them a call last week to see if they still had our info, and they pulled it right up and it was a super smooth process to bring our car in to finally be fixed up. We planned on only have 1 damaged area fixed, but they gave us a deal to fix another damaged area and still got it done in the same amount of time. They were able to rush to get it done in our needed time frame, and it looks great! Also gave the car a quick wipe down/vacuuming inside plus a nice wash outside. Love that it was right next to the train station too. We went out of town, and dropped the car off then walked to the station for the airport. All in all, a great experience!

We love this place! Weve gone twice for two different repairs on on our minivan; both times Ray and Staci were kind, courteous, and helpful. Their friendly, respectful, customer-oriented attitude immediately made me feel comfortable. Their prices are very reasonable and fair, as is their turn-around time. They are knowledgeable and swift in their estimates and in answering any questions that may arise. The work done on our minivan both times was perfect. And I love driving away in a shiny, clean car, as they wash it after every job! Hopefully we wont have to visit them again anytime soon, but if we need any body work done in the future, this is where well head first.
