Valet Auto truly has made me a customer for life. I was involved in an accident (my fault) and the back end of my truck sustained a large amount of damage. Valet was not my insurances preferred body shop, however I have used them in the past with repairs and opted to use them again because of my previous satisfaction on repairs. Valet set up the towing of my truck and immediately started the estimate process once the truck was delivered. My truck had a lot of aftermarket parts which was denied by my insurance on coverage. I did not want my truck repaired with stock parts which would put me back to square one with customizing my truck. Trace and Josh headed my claim and assured me that I would be satisfied with the final repairs. After determining what the insurance would and wouldnt cover, Josh stepped in and located the aftermarket parts that was previously installed and found the cheapest prices available. In the end I was able to get my truck looking better than it did prior to the accident. Valet worked for me and not the insurance company which made the process so easy and painless. I am sure I started to bug them by how often I stopped by to check on the truck and see what changed since the last time I visited. There was never a visit that showed no improvement on the repair process. The experience was so fast and the quality of the repairs were phenomenal. Trace ensured me that if I was not satisfied with the repairs after getting the truck back that he would fix them immediately and correctly and that he would be offended if I found something and did not bring it to his attention. I have looked over the truck thoroughly and have yet to find anything. Truthfully I dont think I will find anything. Valet went above and beyond what a normal body shops expectations are and that is why I will refer them to everyone I know and come in contact with. Valet is not your normal body shop, Valet works for you and not the insurance company. They want to to be completely satisfied with the process and repairs or else they are not satisfied. I talked with a few of Valets employees while visiting and they expressed their desire to show up to work and help people, they consider the Valet employees family. Its really neat that Valet treats the employees so well that they look forward to coming to work. Its a great atmosphere when you walk through the door and you feel like your part of the company. Trace the owner gets involved with the the process of repairs and does the dirty work for you. I was fortunate enough to to work directly with Trace, Josh and Cali and they are amazing people. I wasnt able to thank the people behind the scene who performed the repairs and paint but Im sure they are just as amazing as the others and my truck wouldnt look the way it does without them. I could honestly go on and on about my amazing experience with Valet, however you just need to try them for yourself. I promise you that you will not be disappointed.

Horrible experience. Do not take you car to this shop. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else that is honest. Got in a small fender-bender and agreed to pay for the other persons car out of pocket. I told them I agreed to pay the estimate and only 2 days on a rental car. I even have it in writing that I only agreed to 2 days for a rental car. Then they turn around and billed me for 3 days and say "there is nothing we can do, the repair took longer than 2 days". For the record the repair took 3 days. Poor customer service on the phone and tons of attitude on the phone from employees. I spoke with the manager and he was a joke. In a nut-shell he basically told me I had to pay or they wouldnt let the other person have their car. All this so you can rip me off a days car rental?! What a horrible, dishonest business. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I have filed complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Update: Oct 30, 2012 Trace is helping to show how misleading and deceiving this business truly is. She states "...from the beginning felt is was unfair that he had to pay at all." This is a flat out fabrication. I crash into the gal. I immediately pulled out my insurance card, told her the accident was my responsibility and told her I was fully covered and would take care of her vehicle. We exchanged information and cell numbers. The gal I hit called me back and offered to let me pay for it myself instead of filing a claim with my insurance. I never met you Trace, you didnt talk to me or even know how I "felt" about it. They asked me if I would like to provide a rental car for the gal when the repair got under way. They asked me if I wanted to arrange for the rental and offered to help make the arrangements as they can get some cheaper rates than every day people. I told them that would be great and that I would like to arrange for a car for 2 days and that 2 days was all I was willing to pay for. They came back and basically said that I would pay for the rental as long as it took for the repair no matter how many days that took. They offered me the free detail on the phone when I called in to pay. At the time they told me it was worth $60. Apparently it is now worth $150. They next comment you leave is it going to be worth $300!?!?!? You want to give me your crappy dealt worth so much but you wont even refund me the $29 that you ripped me off? Wow. After I left my comments on this site and others the owner of the shop called me and harassed me about the reviews on my personal cell while I was at work for over a half an hour. You were rude to me when I called into pay. You were rude to me when your owner harassed me on my cell. Your comment is nothing more than a libelous fabrication. Stay way far away from this business. If they are so bent on over-charging me and then trying to sugar coat it I wonder how bad they are sticking it to the insurance companies.

Ive been to Valet twice now and I am very impressed with the quality of work and customer service. I trust them enough to literally hand over my keys and walk away into my rental that is arranged to arrive when I do. I dont need to ask any excessive questions like I would somewhere I wasnt so sure of or get over involved with insurance because they take care of it all. Shane has always been very involved in the work on my car and he is just a superb person -- very kind and patient. He is clearly experienced and knowledgable, covering every detail and making calls to update me regularly. The shop is also connected with the best sub-contractors in the area like windshield and muffler services. I have recommended this shop to all my friends and family...there is absolutely no going wrong with them! Additionally, I had quite a unique situation picking up my car when it was finished this last time. I rolled up in a 16ft moving truck with a trailer on the back of it not knowing how I would get the car onto the trailer by myself. I mentioned this before I arrived and Shane was there with a technician friend (Im so sorry I cant remember his name right now) ready to help me! They loaded the car so securely and offered me some tips before my big haul to Oregon...all for no extra fees and all knowing that I probably wouldnt be back since I was moving. I couldnt believe the generosity from these men -- all done with a smile and well wishes. It was such a major help and relief for me to have this favor done...one of those things that make your heart swell. Shane treats the customers like Valet is his own company when it is not (I thought he was one of the owners) and that is remarkable. The owners are very lucky to have him! Good work, good people, GREAT business model.
