My car was involved in a serious accident. It sustained some major damage. I panicked, when I was told that the repairs would be too costly based on the actual worth of the car. The accident couldnt have occurred at a more inconvenient time for me. I was about to leave town for vacation and certainly didnt want to have this situation weighing on my mind. I called Pro Collision. I actually found them by doing a Google search. I spoke to Rob and explained my dilemma. He was very quick to alleviate my fear of being in a completely hopeless situation. I guess I just instinctively trusted him and boy am I glad I did, ( womans intuition) actually works sometimes. This time it did for sure. After he assessed the damages to my car, he said that he could repair them with no problem and explained to me the extent of the damages and how he could fix them. I was elated. I left to go on vacation with my mind at ease for about a week. I checked in with them a couple of times by phone for updates while I was gone, and all of the employees I spoke with were courteous and helpful, assuring me that progress was being made. Within a couple of days after I returned, my car was ready. The car looked beautiful, in fact it looked better than it did before the accident. The work was flawless. What more can I say, I would give Pro Collision 10 or more stars if that were possible. They saved a senior citizen from being without a very much needed car, and saved me a lot of out of pocket expense as well. I thank Rob and his crew for a job well done to say the least. Rafo and his team did a great job repairing the body work on my 05 Pontiac G6 after an accident.. I was advised it would be a 14 day repair since parts had to be ordered but turns out everything was repaired within about 8-10 days! Awesome.. I was really missing my G6! Rafo was great to work with..he called me several times throughout the process keeping me updated on the status of my car and the insurance claim through statefarm! Pickup and drop off was easy breezy with nice clean results! He arrived to his shop early for my drop off and even stayed late so that I could pick up my car after work. He also took the time to look at my panoramic moon roof since it hadnt been working.. he couldnt repair it right then but assurred me if I was able to bring the car back in 2 weeks hed be more than happy to have his guy come down to repair it! Oh..did I mention he even waived my deductable?! Thats right.. I cant tell you how stress fee my experience was at Pro Collision.. you have to experience it yourself! Thanks Rafo you are the best and your teams hard work is appreciated!

Rafo is the MAN! I got into an accident right after I drove to Vegas all the way from New York. :( The front end damage was severe and would require a lot of work. To make matters worse, I couldnt afford the deductible after just moving here so I needed to find a shop willing to waive it... and even though my insurance company tried to convince me to take it elsewhere, I couldnt do it. So I did some research about local shops and found Pro Collision. After talking to Rafo and telling him the story, and reading the reviews, I was convinced he would do a good job (waive the deductible). A few weeks later, I got my car back in excellent condition (it looks brand new!) The paint job is spot on and I couldnt be happier with the customer service and the work. I would highly recommend bringing your car here for your collision needs :)

These guys are simply the best in town. Hands down. I have a 2014 Ford Mustang that I treat as my own child...I T-Boned a Toyota Camry & did a bit of damage to my car. After reading the reviews, this place was the one to trust my car to. Everything was super simple, easy and effortless between them & Geico. They used ALL Ford factory parts even when Geico told them otherwise. Needless to say, it looks better than when I bought it. I am HIGHLY impressed and am telling everyone I know to go here. The staff are A+ (if they can deal with my incessant phone calls with a smile, then they automatically win). The best part - they waived the deductible. Go here. Go here NOW.

This place quoted me $200-300 for paintless dent removal. A dent the size of a quarter. One of the guys there said it would take hours for one of his guys to remove the dent and I quote said, "He would have to remove the door panel, and with a PDR it will never be perfect and will damage the paint." Looks to me like the guy had no idea what he was talking about or he was just lazy. I took it to another guy who does house-calls and took the dent out in less than 15 mins and charged me $45. No paint damage, no removal of the interior door panel to get the dent out. Just specialized tools and skill. It looks like the dent was never there to begin with.

Rafo is the guy who assisted me through this whole process. He said it could take up to ten days to fix the car based on what I told him over the phone before I went to actually drop the car off. When I gave him the claims paperwork he told me I would have it back in maybe 4 days. Turns out he got it done in about two days and I picked it up on the third day. He was so fast and really comfortable to work with. If you were in an accident and you need work done on your car, this is the place to go. The whole team is super nice and wants to help you get back onto the road again. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent shop, Excellent people, I had to take our Chevy Uplander in to Pro Collision Center due to a wreck I had. Rob and his whole crew are good, friendly people that understood a family with only one vehicle needed their automobile back as soon as possible. They are very knowledgeable and worked seamlessly with my insurance company representative. They kept us informed of anything needed on our part and able to repair very quickly. Our van was out of the shop looking like new, all cleaned up ready to go when we showed up. They guarantee their work and back it up. This is my go-to shop from now on

Great People, Great Work! Just got back my 08 Accord after a front end collision. They waived half my insurance deductible, and on top of that, fixed EVERY dent ding and mark on my car, (including a brand new back bumper and some interior leather replacement) for just $1000. Its like a brand new car! You cant get that anywhere! Rob is great guy, helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. I felt like he was an old friend from the old neighborhood, helping me fix my car. Ill be recommending him to all my friends, and ill definately be back again myself if I ever need any work done on my car.
