AMAZING!!! I was very apprehensive at first because I have had some horrible experiences at other auto body shops in the past when I have had accidents. I couldnt believe how nice and helpful they were, especially Joel. I was greeted at the door, they dealt with my insurance directly, they even called Enterprise and set up a car rental for me (they came and picked me up at ABRA) Joel even let me know that my tire had a bulge in it that should be repaired. When I got my car back, I couldnt even tell I was in an accident. The paint was matched perfectly! They even washed, and waxed my car, vacuumed the inside and the interior smelled like cherries:) My husband thought I got new tires because they were so shiny. I would definitely RECOMMEND this place to anyone!

I had the rear of my car damaged while parked at a local restaurant. Abra in Duluth was one of the body repair shops recommended to us by our insurance agent. Since the car was still drivable and there were many cars needing repairs after a local storm, we agreed to wait a few weeks to have the work done and agreed to provide me with a loaner car while repairing my car.. When I delivered the car on agreed upon time, they provided me with a decent loaner car, and repaired my car in 2 days. When I picked up my car, the repair was excellent, and my car was cleaned inside and out - nice surprise! All people involved were courteous.I recommend Abra highly based upon my experience.

I would just say the office employees, and management are great. They did everything they could to get to get me the proper replacement glass, Even when the Dealer Could But wouldnt. I am greatly Thankful for how they did everything within their power to ensure Satisfaction. Also for Glass they have one of the best Glass Techs in the Greater Area. I will suggest Abra to my friends And Family based on the Customer Service, And Satisfaction Alone.

I had my truck in Abaras shop and when it came back there were a few discrepancies. After meeting with the shop manager and discussing the problems I found that they were very receptive and accommodating. After witnessing this level of customer service first hand I feel obligated to give them a 5 star review. Thank you Abra!

They replaced my rear corner glass while I was at work & arrived home with a missing inside panel with a note saying they had to order one and will call back when the piece arrives. Had to call back myself 2 weeks later only to leave a message that was never returned.

The lady that "helped" me was very unprofessional. They got all the dents out, but failed to attach things taken off to repair the dents correctly. Caused a huge headache and when contacting abra, I was told it was my problem.

If a zero star rating was possible I would definitely use it! Horrible customer service and they caused way more problems than they fixed. I would never recommend their services to my worst enemy!
