I simply wanted my car to be quoted for a paint job. I walked in the Henderson location and the service clerk lady was on the phone. The lady says, "Can I help you?" while the telephone hanging at her left ear. I told her I would like an estimate on a paintjob for my car. "Painting the whole car?" (the telephone still attached to her face) I said, "Well yeah if it needs to be." She gave me a look as if I couldnt afford the cost and flat out gave me a rough estimate without even looking at my car, "Its gonna be about $7000." I dont appreciate being looked down upon, especially when I do have $7000 for my budget on fixing my cars exterior. For anybody looking to get your car serviced, dont even give this business any of your time or money. The lady was extremely rude, unprofessional and presumptuous. I run a business in service and I would like to call out your boss: Shame on you for hiring unskilled, poorly trained, unproffesional desk clerks!! You need to pay them a fair living wage or invest more in their training, especially for proper human communication skills, or just fire incompetent people that lose business for you!

They really should fire the lady at the front desk. I walked in and she looked at me without saying a word. Instead she went back to talking on the phone on a personal call I may add. Luckily I was only there for my insurance agent to asses my car damage. The receptionist is the reason why I ultimately didnt want to get my car fixed there. If they were working on my car , shed be answering the phone if I called to check up on it. No thank you ! This lady is very unprofessional.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Did not fix my 2013 Challenger properly after being rear ended, which caused long term damage and rendered the car near totalled. When I brought this up to them, they mocked me, ridiculed me, and called me a liar. They also wouldnt fix the parts they had fixed prior, which failed due to normal driving conditions. Very rude, poor poor service, and should be closed for fraud. If you enjoy your car kr your money, avoid Service King at all cost.

My car was vandalized over the weekend. Westley Hatch was my service advisor. He kept me up to date on my car and the parts. He went the extra mile to complete my car way ahead of schedule he finished on a Saturday when he didnt have to. In my eyes thats real customer care!! Westley youre the man!!
