Great customer service but very poor work. Had front bumper replaced and under body work done. First time, the paint job on the bumper did not match the rest of the car. 2 weeks after having the paint job redone, the power steering module went bad. The Mazda dealership said it was most likely caused by the accident and Gerber should have replaced. 3 weeks after that, the plastic guard under my wheel well thats attached to the bumper fell off while I was on the highway. I ran it over and it caused traffic behind my to swerve. Could have turned into a serious accident. I am now waiting for the insurance company to approve for me to take this to another body shop at Gerbers expense. I highly recommend avoiding this body shop if you can.

Huge joke sent there quote into my insurance company and they even laughed at what they put down. Scam artists have fun in farmers customer care classes These people will only quote you to the point of your deductible. They do this so that you will give them the work and turn around and charge and continue to charge your insurance. They clam its so that the owner of the car cant do shady things to their insurance. Yet the real reason is so that the shop can do shady billing to the insurance company. Do not go here what so ever. Scandalous business!

My car was hit in a parking lot. I had to initially see an auto shop approved by the insurance company for the initial estimate. Every company I called was a week out before they would see me but not Gerber. I called and talked to Yessenia and what can I say, AMAZING. She took the time to listen to my situation and quickly assessed what she could do for me. They were able see me that day resulting in quicker repairs for my vehicle. That made my day. For that alone, 5 stars!!!! Thanks Yessenia and Gerber.

WARNING. save yourself a lot of time and trouble and frustration. This company is terrible. This company lied to me and my insurance company messed up my brand new car and it took 30 days for a trunk lid a bumper and tail light. Then when I went to pick up my car finally it still wasnt right. I have yet to return it as I dont even want to deal with lies upon lies upon lies.

Hi Gerber repair on Dysart with new manager Justin provide honest and quality service. They have great customer service and stand behind thier work. The color matched perfectly. The only issue with my repair had was not with Gerber but with the insurance getting the rental car is cumbersome. I would definetly go back but hopefully will not have too

Had the unfortunate event of my fiance being hit by a driver that failed to stop at a few light. Her vehicle was only three months old. Thanks to Gerber here though they fixed our escape and it still has that brand new feeling. They put 15k worth of work into it and kept me in the loop with everything. Amazing service would recommend to everyone.

Set up a windshield replacement and nobody ever called or came the day it was supposed to be replaced. When I called the shop, nobody could give me an answer as to what happened. Just a lot of stuttering and "I dont knows" from the receptionist. I will never be referring anyone here again. What horrible customer service!

Stay away from this place. I had to go back three times on a single repair because something wasnt fixed correctly. Then they over charged me for shotty work.
