Whenever I bring my car...they dont fix the car well...always had issues...and I had to come again and again... My first car wasnt repairded well and so I had to fix it again by using my insurance again...which cost me $1000...later I cameback for the rear end accident for a paint job and after picking my car I found out that the bubble was coming up more and more as time goes by and so I had to bring my car in and fix it and I picked up my car but still same problem. They repainted but still same problem and finally at my 3rd or 4th try, they finally fixed...which cost me a lot of time and gas. I swear, I will never use again but then some one hit my car and so I had to use the insurance again. ABRA was the only place it was closeto my place and they are partnered with GEICO whch is easier for me to fix my car. It was my mistake. They fixed my side mirror but it wasnt fixed well. I had to go to there store again later to replace the mirror...I guess they dont even check before giving the car back to the customers... I will never comeback to this place again...My friends also joke about this place...too much stress with this place... If I were you, I will just try to find another place to fix your car...

I recently had my first accident after driving for many years. It was extremely upsetting to me, but from the moment I pulled into Abra repair shop I was met by Chad Erpelding, Customer Service Manager, and felt I had made the right de- cision finding a place for repairs. I was kept well informed on the progress of the repairs, which were completed in a timely fashion, and my Tahoe was restored to its prior condition. Just like new! I dropped my 2014 Escape off to have some minor paint work done. Not only was the estimate reasonable, but in the end, I ended up paying less than the estimate. I dropped off a dirty, dusty car with clutter and a mess from my two-year-old son on the inside. I picked up a freshly washed and detailed car and could not have been more pleased with the level of service rendered. The staff was beyond courteous and the facility was immaculate. ABRA Auto Body & Glass earned every star I gave them.

I have had 2 bumpers on a 2005 Camry and also a 2002 Corollas side panel and ground spoiler replaced over the last 5-6 years here and teh car has always came back perfect. They used to be called Autobody Solutions and I was calling around to find them since my wifes car got hit to get an estimate.They are now called ABRA Auto Body & Glass and the same person who I worked with years ago is still there (Mike) and we are now in the process of getting a quote done. These guys do a great job.

These guys are good! Ive had to take my car in a few times for body repair and I have been very satisfied with the work each time. They actually fixed the shoddy paintwork I got from another shop in Glendale and made my car PERFECT again. I used to work for a major insurance company- and this was the shop that all of the claims employees would call when they needed to have some body work done on their personal vehicles.

I had to take my car to the body shop for rear end repair recently. It took extra few trips to fix the paint job and parts alignment after the initial repair. They have good customer service but there is an opportunity for improvement here, they need to do more with the quality repair, quality check and fine details before returning the car back to the customers.

I had really exceptional customer service here. They touched up the nose of my car at such a ridiculously low cost. Im not saying that I cant tell that it was done in a couple of places, but the price was definitely right. If you need work done to your car I totally recommend checking them out.

Best experience ever. I was able to look at my car prior to retrieving it after the repairs were finished. All the workers that helped me were kind and helpful with all of my questions. Definitely my first choice for repairs.
