Well, I recently took my vehicle in for front end damage repair, original estimate was around $1500 and quoted as a 4 day job. Well soon after 4 days, the job turned into being an extra week, then a week later, they needed another week, not to mention the original estimate was now DOUBLE. Upon receiving my car, I go to turn the headlamps on and the switch is completely broken, knob spins freely with parts popped out of the switch, and my headlights would no longer work. I was surprised they would even release a car to a customer like this. After confronting A&D, they denied any responsibility for the broken switch, but after some arguing, they replaced it at insurances cost, inconveniencing me by keeping the car another day. After the repair was made I found that every time I went around a turn the headlamps would go into high beam mode, and the stalk was very loose feeling, did not click into place anymore. After confronting A&D about this they blamed my cars age as the reason it was doing this (even though the old switch worked the high beams just fine). They denied any responsibility and refused to even look at the issue in person, saying there was no way it was their fault. I ended up taking the whole steering wheel and turn switch assembly apart to find the detent missing. Apparently it was too much work for them to put it back together properly, so they simply slapped it back together and figured I wouldnt notice. I had to make the repair myself. After confronting A&D about my discovery, they did not admit to anything, and did not even offer an apology. I am disturbed by the level of professionalism shown by this business. Everything about them seems legitimate and professional, but when it comes down to getting the car fixed properly and in a timely manner, they do a horrid job. I would like to persuade as many people as I can to go elsewhere and save yourself the trouble of dealing with the people here. I HIGHLY recommend against using this body shop, and I will certainly never go back for further business.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! I was in a accident and was told my car would be finished by January 8.. My car was turned into them December 23. I thought that ample time to have my car done but I called to say hey when can I pick the car up? They told me there was a delay because the holidays so it wasnt ready. They will call me next week. Never received that call and called them just so they could tell me they needed another week because of a rain delay. Now the 15th on January was the date my car would be done they say.. Not one person had called me until the 18th and said your car is ready to pick up and we close in a hour. The best part of all if they didnt even finish all of the repairs and wanted to keep my car to finish the job when it had already taken a month!They did not contact me once to tell me about the delays and always made excuses why it took so long... When they didnt even do everything! Dont not waste your time here!!

Wow! Not sure what happened that this business would get such low ratings. I just picked up my car and the repairs are spot on. They completed the repairs within the time frame they estimated, plus my car is washed and detailed. I mean detailed like the $99 I pay at the wash. Everyone who worked there treated me well on each of my visits, very courteous. Thanks.

I crashed my vehicle and A&D Auto Body brought it back to life. Over one year later I went back in for a couple minor things and there was no hassle and they fixed the couple of things within the hour! It is SO nice for a business to do the right thing without having to make them!
