I really blew it last week, I put unleaded fuel in my diesel truck. We have two trucks, one is gas and the other diesel. I get them mixed up sometimes, no I mean I have done this before. The first time I went to my mechanic and he drained the fuel and changed my filter and glow plugs. He charged me $675.00 and got my truck back on the road in 3 or 4 days. I thought this was not bad considering. This time my husband calls GEICO insurance and get this, he says they cover stupidity. I was so mad and thought for sure they wouldn’t cover it but they did. WOW right? Well they tell me to take my car to ICC and I did, nice people there by the way, and they drain the fuel and do the whole thing but the guy says we checked you glow plugs and they are fine. They only charged me $130.00 and that included a full tank of diesel fuel. I was stunned, they were so nice and they treated be really great. I felt they deserved my 5 stars. And I guess my husband is right, stupidity is covered by your insurance policy.

Prior to having my accident, I had never heard of ICC, but my car was taken there at the recommendation of my insurance adjuster. Throughout the entire process of restoration, their office kept me informed on almost a daily basis as to the progress of repairs, and when there was a problem caused by one of their vendors sending a substandard part, they immediately contacted me regarding the problem, resolved the matter within 24 hours, and completed the repairs only one day later than they had originally given. Their customer service was exceptional; the professional repairs were outstanding, and I was genuinely very pleased with the entire experience. I would highly recommend them for any repairs you may need or require on your automobile. There is no doubt that they will be the first choice on my list if I ever need services again. You will not be disappointed if you chose them as your repair center. I highly recommend them and their entire professional staff.

ICC Collision Center is everything I look for in a vehicle repair shop. They were upfront about what kind of work my vehicle needed and there were no surprise charges. My car needed a part which had to be special-ordered from the dealership and they had it delivered within a day. There was a direct labor charge, not tons of little charges, and the work was done quickly. They were not short staffed, so customers were able to be assisted quickly and fairly. The workers and manager were friendly and they seemed to treat their customers in a personable and accommodating manner. Most importantly, I didnt have to go back for a second repair on my original problem (or another problem caused by the repair!) which, unfortunately, Id experienced with other body shops in the past. They are also an authorized Allied Nationwide (best insurance ever) shop so if your car is in an accident, thatd be a great reason to give ICC a try! Highly recommended.

The work that was completed on my car was wonderful. I couldnt complain about that. Their attention to details was awful. They incorrectly inputed my mileage, so I really dont have any confirmation if it was just simply corrected due to my acknowledgement or my car was driven 400+ miles. My computer fuel "miles to empty" gauge no longer works appropriately and someone connected their phone to my bluetooth. My car requires a specific code to be imputed into the phone to be connected. The center rents cars there so I am wondering if they "rented" my car out, and now trying to cover their tracks. Still have no clear comfort that my car was never touched or used inappropriately while under their care. I really dont trust anything that was explained to me why things were going wrong. I definitely would NOT go there ever.

I was looking for a good reliable shop. A friend of mine referred me to ICC, and I took my Jeep some minor body work last month. They did a great job on my car, more than just was required, I had to have some extra work done and they gave me a great price practically nothing. The work they did was great! My car looked and ran fantastically and I took it back for my free paint maintenance. They give you a free paint program to take care of your paint, awesome. Just recently I took it in again for a free wash. Don took care of my car and even checked on a problem I was having with my window. He also advised me that I would need to replace my brake pads and rotors soon, nice guys. Ive always had a great experience with ICC and their employs. Excellent service.

Was hesitant to take my car to ICC first, but the insurance company paying for my repair had a connection with them and wanted me to get my estimate there. When I went for my initial estimate, I arrived almost 30 minutes early and they were able to help me right away. They looked at the car and wrote up an estimate. It all went very quickly and everyone was very courteous and friendly. Once the insurance company had taken liability I decided just to get my car fixed here in case the actual cost differed from the estimate. They gave me a time to bring my car in a few days later. L was kept me informed during the week and when I went to pick up my car it looked perfect. I am completely pleased with the work they did and the courtesy of all the employees there.

My wife and I had an accident and it was the worst experience we have ever had. We were literally torn up about it because our insurance company, Allstate said we had to fix the car. The repairs were over $20,000.00 and we were amazed that they made us fix it. We wanted a new car because we paid 42,000 for the Infinity we just wrecked. Almost half the value of the car. We were really worried about it because we just bought it and we are stuck with it. Well good news. We got the car back and everything looks great. Everything works great and ICC did a fantastic job on our new car. We would have never ended up at this place but our Allstate Insurance referred ICC to us so we went there. I am glad we did, thanks ICC and thank you Shannon for all your help.

Great work, wonderful staff!! All of my questions were answered very professional!! AND, my car was ready before the date it was supposed to be. Rental car service woman made it easy!! Geico recommended this ICC Collision Center so I made an appointment online. I showed up at 10:00am on a Friday morning to find my rental car waiting, a Geico agent ready to do the inspection, and an ICC representative ready to assist. I returned to ICC to find my car detailed and looking like new. They even took care of returning my rental to Enterprise! This time I was at ICC for less than 5 minutes before I was on my way. ICC helped make an otherwise stressful situation extremely easy and stress free! Thank You!!!

Best place to go after an accident! ICC literally took all the stress out of my situation. First of all, after making my insurance claim they contacted me even before I had the chance to call. The entire process from getting an estimate to driving away with a like-new car took only a week. The price seemed fair (although Ill admit I dont know a lot about body work) and the damage was completely repaired. Like other reviewers have said, they cleaned my entire car (no, they didnt detail it, but definitely vacuumed and washed the outside). The rental car office is very close by, and they arrange that for you as well (the pickup and drop off). Very positive experience, very nice people! Thanks!
