Business did not complete repairs that were paid. In April 2012 after filing a claim with Progressive I was offered this shop as a shop in my area and I took my vehicle there to have the vehicle repaired as I was advised this shop does good work. Repairs were done by the shop with the exception of a clear BRA which would be placed on the vehicle 30 days after the paint had cured on the front bumper. hood , etc. After 30 days I did not receive a call, I called and was advised that the vendor or shop which specialized in this type of repair was no longer in business and they were trying to locate another shop which would work. This same process of me calling every 30 days for 7 months was duplicated and I was advised that they still havent found anyone to complete the repairs. Finally after 8 months I received a voicemail message and was advised I could bring the car in, I called back and my calls were not returned for another 3 months. Finally I called again last week and spoke with Brandon who advised me I needed to bring the vehicle in for an inspection as it had been so long that if any rock on the front bumper hood , etc. He would not advise repairs be done and they will reimburse. I did that on Wednesday this past week (w/o 6/16/2013) and was told they would cut a check and mail or have me pick up and he would call me at the end of the day. I did not receive a call and I called back today (Friday, 21st 2103) and advised the shop was under new ownership and I needed to go after the old owners to get reimbursed. I called progressive who had paid the Body Shop and was advised that the business was sold and was operating under the same name and the only change was owners, which would mean any warranties for repairs, etc would be honored. I am asking that Estrella Body Shop reimburse me for the repairs that were not completed per Progressive was paid in the amount of $400.00. As this business is operating as the same entity with the only difference being change of ownership, they should honor warranties and liability for the time stated on warranties.

Terrible experience. Avoid this shop at all cost. We agreed on a price for my trucks front end repairs and the sales rep said he would send me a written quote. Instead he called and told me the numbers over the phone. My mistake, I believed him. But when I got the bill it was way more than I expected. I tried to negotiate the cost, the sales rep became angry and told me that I had to pay their price or they would file a lien and keep the truck. I went ahead and paid it but when I picked up the truck I noticed they failed to install a tie rod end boot. The sales rep said that was my problem. I then drove away in the truck which now dog tracks, has terrible alignment and is dangerous to drive. I emailed twice and called once and got no response. Ironically, their merchant account called me a few days later and asked if the work was performed to my satisfaction. I said no, that there were still problems and that I was trying to get a hold of the sales rep to get it taken care of. I then got a call back to my voice mail from their sales rep who swore at me for contacting their merchant account and threatened to fight me. Unbelievable.I just about came unglued. I called their shop, demanded to talk to the sales rep and told him about the problem with the alignment, he brashly said thats my problem too and that Ill have to deal directly with the alignment shop they subcontracted on my own. Unreal. I have never been treated so poorly. One of the most dishonest shops Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

They did an "okay" job fixing my car. I was advised through my insurance company to go here or to another place and I really wished I had chosen the other location. I dropped off my car and it then took them over a week just for the ESTIMATE. I had to call three times to finally get an estimate from them and they finally started their work. This whole time I was paying for my rental car and it took them a MONTH to fix my car. That ended up costing a lot more money towards the rental. When I finally got my car back, I looked very closely at it to make sure they didnt miss anything. Oh, and what do you know, under the door there is still a huge gash from my accident. Uhm...did I not pay you to fix this? They also said they went out and took my car for an "alignment". They should have just left it alone because now my car doesnt drive straight, and when youre driving down the freeway you literally have to keep the steering wheel a bit sideways in order for the vehicle to drive straight. I am very unhappy with how everything turned out. The people are nice, but really need to do a better job. What they DID fix looks awesome...I WILL give them that much credit. But God forbid I get in another accident, I will not be returning to Estrella Collision.

Hands down the best service in the west valley, if not in all of Arizona! I am so impressed by this shops level of expertise and professionalism. I just picked my car up yesterday after having been t-boned on my drivers side. Both doors were ruined and the center piece was bent out of shape among a lot of other things. They left my car looking even better than it did before the accident. Corey was great about keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle, as was Jenny. Dave was very good about making sure everything ran smoothly and delivered my car in perfect condition, as promised. They went above and beyond with my car and it was a big job. I have been to other shops around the valley for other body work and I cannot say the same about them. When it comes to auto repair or paint work, Estrella Ranch Collision Center is the place to go. I have already recommended this shop to others.

Its so refreshing to find a great collision repair shop. When I brought my beloved 2010 Ram 1500 in for some minor body repair, I was doubtful that anyone would be able to fix the damage and match the orange factory color on the truck. Joe was patient with me, answered all my questions, and reassured me that he would get it right. One week later my truck looks literally brand new. The blending job that he and his staff did on my truck is astounding. I had been told by another mechanic that "theres no way to match that color exactly" but Joe figured out a way to do it. Estrella Collision has a customer for life.

I remember going here 3 years ago and it was a very good experience, I recently had came in to get a quote and was told it is under new management. The person first lied when I asked about the young man who helped me years ago and said hes on vacation, then said something about a towing company and blah blah. Long story short, original management was perfect, since then it seems like this place has had 3 owners since and it shows. Took my car across the street and was very happy.
