My vehicle was not repaired properly the first time. I had to take my vehicle back and incur costs for rental vehicle for a second to week period. The surprise location estimated my vehicle at a little over $3,600 to start with. They did not have time to do the repair in Surprise and the vehicle was shipped to Tempe location. The Tempe location then called me back and it raised the price by $1,000 and then proceeded to not get the job done correctly. Although they have honored their warranty I still had to pay another two weeks for a rental vehicle out of my pocket. When I asked the management staff about these extra costs due to their error I basically was treated like someone who didnt know anything and was dismissed as if this was standard operation procedure from Caliber Collision. I cant not suggest to shop to anyone who needs vehicle body repairs, or paint. Overall Caliber Collision has not been a good experience for me.

After a minor crash into a light pole at 15 MPH my truck was at Caliber for body work. It took 3 1/2 weeks to complete and when I got it back the body work was horrible. The front bumper did not line up with the quarter panel, the plastic grill in front of the radiator was out of alignment, some of the orange plastic parts inside the headlight were not attached and just rattling around, the drivers side window (power windows) went up very slowly and the window motor struggled to move it because something was pinching the glass. The door was not even damaged in the crash and now the window is messed up. This is a new location for Caliber and they REALLY need to get it figured out. I cant believe my truck passed their inspection, it is messed up and needs to go back for correct repairs.

Stopped in to get an estimate for some work I needed on my Jeep and the lady at the front seemed irritated that I didnt have an appointment. She told me that they do estimates free of charge but all of her appointments were full. She never even asked if I wanted to make an appointment. Ive never been to a body shop that required an appointment to get an estimate. Apparently she is the only person in that building that can give an estimate, or at least thats the way she made it seem. She acted like they were too good for my business. For all I know they may be the best in the business but they are not touching my Jeep. Ill be using one of the other companies that graciously made time for a potential customer.

This branch of Caliber Collision just opened last week, so I got to be among some of their first customers there. I had a really great experience! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to communicate clearly, keep me very updated on my cars progress, and then the finished product was truly excellent. My car was returned to me better than it was before (they washed it, vacuumed the interiors and even shined the tires) I would recommend them without hesitation! Extra props to George, who managed the car repair, and Kathy at the front desk. Their customer service was fantastic.
