Very unhappy with my experience here. The only good thing I can say is that they were able to color match a metallic paint very well. Thats a big thing, but everything else was a train wreck. Its been a long time since I used this shop, but it took a month for repairs, and I had to reject the car three times before I took it home. The rocker panels werent put back on correctly, the new headlight wasnt installed correctly, etc. Easy stuff. The worst however was after I got the car back and washed it the first time. They had gotten overspray on the rubber windshield trim when they did the repainting. Rather than cleaning the paint off or replacing the piece (which was only about $35 brand new at the dealer), they used black spray paint over it to cover it up. Of course spray paint doesnt stick to rubber, so it started coming off pretty quickly. That is the most lazy, unprofessional and offensive service Ive ever gotten anywhere. Who does that?! They offered to replace it when I called, but rather than drive across town (again) I got it at the dealer myself and changed it out. Steer clear.

Recommended by Farmers after a freeway accident damaged most of the drivers side of my car. Jeremy completed my estimate while I was there and explained what work would be done and what parts would be used. They called the rental company for me when I dropped off my car. I received DAILY text messages outlining the status of my repair. Phone calls as necessary. The work done was excellent. All areas repaired looked like new. I could not be happier with the service I received, both from the office and from the shop. I recommend Blue Collision to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle.

The bodywork was done well but it took them FOREVER. Over a month for my hail damage to be repaired. They blamed it on waiting for parts but I spoke with 2 other customers in the lobby who also had to wait over 2 weeks for thier cars to be finished and they were given the same excuse. Body shops are a dime-a-dozen, dont waste your time. I would go somewhere else.

These guys are awesome! I bought my Toyota Corolla brand new last year, and sadly got into an accident two months ago. At this point I was stressed on who to take my car to, so I called Toyota of Surprise where they recomended me to take it to Blue Collusion. I am glad I did. I am still beyond satisfied about the work that was done. My baby looks brand new again! ☺️

We had the misfortune to have hit an animal at 75 mph in January. We dealt with Bob and he was most efficient in seeing that our van was repaired in the best possible way. Called to ask hourly rates for labor. Was shot down by a man named "Bob". If thats the way you treat customers I do not want to work with you. Unprofessionalism at its peak right there. My personal vehicle and work vehicles will go elsewhere from now on.

They have messed up the car have done shotty work and paint has bubbled twice. They have jerked us around for a couple weeks and its still a mess!
