I was involved in a collision in May and my insurance company recommended them. They are thieves and the worst customer services. Mislead me and the insurance company all the way. It ended up costing me almost a thousand dollars out of pocket due to their incompetence. But I got a lifetime warranty. And well something else is wrong with the front of the vehicle. I brought it in to see if it was accident related. I had to arrange rides and left it for the day. I got a call about noon saying nope it wasnt accident related. I asked if they would put that in writing or get photos because there could be ways of checking to see if it was accident related. Instead I got a sticky note from the Manager Sean with no signature saying what he looked at. No results and when I questioned I had my keys thrown at me and completely igrnored at the front desk. All around Epic FAIL. When I called to complain of course no one could take my call and have yet to receive a call back. Also was told they were doing me a favor. That favor I am returned to them. NEVER do business at this place. Reporting to the BBB and this company doesnt know the meaning of the word Service or King. What a joke. Doesnt anyone believe in customer service anymore??? And even worse is that was the Manager Sean, treating its customers this way. Seriously who does an assessment of a lifetime Warranty on a sticky note???? Zero professionalism. And the gal who worked the front tried to Justify it by saying they were doing me a favor???

Horrible people!!!! Took our corolla toyota there after it was in an accident. Front passenger side was damaged. They supposedly fixed it but later on we realized the alignment was off so took it back to be fixed. They did the alignment but did not notify us on the real reason my car was acting funny. They just let us walk out and told us there was no more problems. Did not even offer to replace the front tire that was very worn out from the alignment problem. They said it was regular wear and tear which was obviously not. I took a long distance trip right after that with out realizing the car was in pretty bad shape. Went back and took it to pep boys for tire pressure check and rotation. Those guys were nice and thorough enough to notice that the bearing shakes back and forth a lot! I guess it was really loose and it was not suppose to be. Pep boys estimated the fix at $367. Now i have to take it back to body world. After talking to a horrible claim consultant with really bad attitude, hopefully they will fix my issue!! If not I will be sure to let everyone know!

Dennis is definitely the man. From the 1st time I stepped in the door to the final completion of my Jeep I was completely taken care of. He did a great job at keeping me updated me on repair status, gave me options with some repairs as well as tire replacement. The pickup date was solid and didnt change. His mechanics even cleaned the interior and exterior of my vehicle which I wasnt expecting at all. I wish I could remember the name of the woman working the front desk but I cant. She was awesome though. All in all, customer service is A1. I really couldnt be any happier. If you go, request Dennis!

My vehicle has been with them since the 1st week of December. It is still there. I was promised my car back on January 8, then the week of the 15th, then the 22nd at the latest. Then the 25th. Then the week of the 25th, then the next Monday. Now its the next Friday, 4pm, and Ive heard hide nor hair. I have to hunt them down, remain on hold, while they find new ways to bs me. They keep telling me they want to get it right. Well, theyve gotten managing customer expectations very wrong. Worst body shop experience to date.

Terrible Customer Service. After being involved in a hit & run, my car being the lucky one that was hit...Service King picked my car up via Towing Company and sent me the contract AFTER picking up my car. I was unable to sign the contract due to the strict payment schedule. I am not financially able to complete this agreement and offered to pick up my car to take it elsewhere and they are now holding the car and threatening to charge me 3 day storage fees even through the car has been there less than 48 hours. BULLSH*T!

My mother got charged $200 for them to put her bumper back on after someone backed into it and deciding to just pick it up because the insurance company wanted to total it for a bumper and the car runs perfect... They dont accept cash and the bumper looks worse then when she drove it in. And the length of time and run around she was in without her vehicle is absurd... SMH I would never recommend anyone to these robbers... Very poor customer experience.

WARNING! Do NOT utilize this company. They will low ball an estimate, do work on a vehicle that is not authorized and lie to your face saying that they contacted you about the overages. There is zero communication amongst their team and they will blame everyone else before taking the blame on the bait and switch tactics.

Great service and repair was completed before original deadline. They were great about following up (ignore the automated texts you get from them, your advisor should personally follow up). Will return, but hoping I wont need their services lol

Took my Pontiac Grand Prix there and they did a really good job. Looks good as new. Whole left side was damaged and the electronic mirror was ripped apart. They did a good job. Would go back. Havent experienced anything bad like below people.
