About a month ago, I had the fortune of contracting with this company, which turned into a most pleasant experience with the service , professionalism and attention to detail, that I received from the staff. I brought my car in for an evaluation and an estimate for cleaning of the interior of the car. A few days earlier , I went to a fast food restaurant who shall remain nameless but it has golden arches, and ordered my food through the drive-thru. When the food was handed out the lid on the coffee cup was not secure and as I grab it it spilled everywhere. The damage was extensive and if youve ever dealt with coffee before in a car or in a rug you know its hard to get out. From the moment I walked into the office with a car what should be serviced I knew that I was going to be in good hands by the way they greeted me they treated me efficiently and quickly. From the very first moment when we walked out and look at the car will I receive the estimate and I brought the car in and they went back to get it it was smooth riding all the way they put me at ease and they delivered on the product that they promised they could. I got the estimate on a Friday and on that following Monday took the car in and it was completed by Monday afternoon. The price for the estimate was great the service was great efficiency and quality all of those good words that went into what I received. When I pick it up that afternoon not only did he man who gave me the estimate make an appearance but as well the young man that did the work on the car. In my experience its unusual to see the person who actually did the work theyre usually hiding behind some door or in some cave and you never get to talk to them but to my surprise I got to talk to them greet them took my hand and everything. Insurance company cut the check I was reimbursed everything was great. What is walk out to the car to look at it after it been serviced I was amazed honestly I was amazed the car look better then the first day when the car was purchased and thats hard to do. I applaud this company 4 again delivering the product that they promised for great customer service Im doing it all at my convenience with a smile. Its rare that we see this type of service nowadays and I appreciate that I was able to meet these guys and work with them

My Nissan Murano was recently in an accident and needed repair. I went through my insurance company and I normally just take to them, but they couldnt fit me in for another day (after Id waited 3 for them over the weekend) & I couldnt wait any longer. On Scotts (from Whiteys Auto) suggestion, I went to 1st Class Auto Body. The first thing about them is that they fit me in right away. I didnt need an appointment. Gave me an estimate within 20 minutes, and called Enterprise to pick me up for a rental. I called my insurance company to tell them 1st Class would be fixing my car, and it took them 3 days to get out there and assess the damage. 1st Class would have been done within a couple of days if not for that nonsense. They took care of everything- from calling Discount Tire since I had insurance on my tire to dealing with my insurance company, I didnt have to worry or take time out of my busy day to deal with it. They managed my expectations by making sure I knew what I would owe after insurance and when it was due. Then to make it even better, they over quoted me so I actually paid less on delivery of my car! Casey called me a couple of times while my car was there just to update me on the status and I really appreciated that service. Finally, they cleaned my car inside and out and made it look almost brand new! Their attention to detail, hard and diligent work as well as incredible customer service really impressed me! Ill always go through them & will recommend them to others.

Fernando and his team are simply amazing! Fernando helped me navigate the insurance claim process and made sure that I wasnt jipped by my insurance company/the damage inspector. My car had been vandalized and his team made my car look like brand new! Working with first class was a truly enjoyable experience which is rare for really any situation that has to do with fixing up your car. Theyre extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of - you can tell they take pride in their work and making their customers happy. Fernando completely advocated for me - making sure I got parts that actually fit my Toyota instead of the normal after market parts. He also convinced them to give me a full detail since my car had flour dumped all over it and it was a mess. He totally went above and beyond. When I saw my car after they worked on it, I was smiling so big it was like I had just bought a new car! First class treats you like youre getting the friends and family special all the time. Thanks so much guys - seriously you made a customer for life (although for the sake of my car I hope next time its not because of an accident or vandalization haha) and Ill gladly recommend you to anyone else who needs work done.

I was visiting my daughter in Scottsdale when I had an accident while driving her car. I had no idea where to go for repair. She had just recently moved here from SD. Her insurance company gave her some places and we went with the first one. Then during the night I looked at reviews of that place and I was not a satisfied mom. I needed to know that she would be taken care of with as little stress as possible. I then started looking at top places in Scottsdale and found First Class Auto. I began reading the reviews and as a mom I knew I had to have First Class Auto fix her car. Everything that is written about them was absolutely true. They gave me that hometown feel, were so helpful and did a super job of fixing her car and making it look like new. Such pleasant people and such caring people. As a mom I highly recommend this place of business. Thanks you guys.

I asked AAA for their best recommendation in Scottsdale for someone to do a clearcoat job on our VW Passat. They recommended without hesitation, First Class Auto Body there on Civic Center Drive. They looked at the car and showed us how they could maximize the job and really make it look new and professional. They did not let us down. The car looks like it did in 2005 when my husband drove it off the lot. The heat here in AZ was really taking toll on the paint and the look and feel of the automobile - First Class Auto restored it to perfection with and excellent price and quality service. Someone who cares about my car as much as I do. These guys rock. Took my Civic in with rear damage from a hit and run. No notice to the shop that i was coming with this to get fixed. Took a month, but not due to their fault but the honda distributing center. I was running outta time on the rental policy for the insurance so Bryan made sure they got the car together and safe to drive. So there was no out of pocket on my end. (Car also was cleaner then when I first bought it from the dealer) When back for a minor touch up. Bryan let me take my pup inside outta the heat. Great experience for having been in a hit and run. Thanks first class! I see why you guys have the name. You live up to it. Ill be seeing you again. Hopefully not due to accident damage this time.
