I purchased a new 20017 Toyota Tacoma from Big Two Toyota in Chandler. A man backed into my rear driver’s door. His insurance paid close to $2000.00 in repairs to Big Two Toyota. I took my 2017 Toyota to Big Two Auto Body, Because of the Big Two Toyota’s name and Big Two Auto Body asuured me they could match the paint color because it was a 2017 Toyota. After a week at Big Two Auto body I got my truck back. The color was perfect but the bodywork was subpar. I spoke with Rich who asked me to give him a chance to make it right. After 2nd attempt and another week I go my truck back the body work was much better. But when I picked up the truck it was under canopy. I got home and realized that the rear door paint color was not matched well. I also noticed that the dealer installed door guard was not replaced. Very disappointed

My car was rear ended and I took it to Big Two Body Shop thinking that the dealership should know what they are doing. The first trip to go pick up the car I was amazed that they we trying to give it back to me. It had paint defects ... glaring and obvious. The next times back were to fix the paint rework again, replace the brand new window that they scratched with the paint buffer, redo the tint job ... this took 3 tries, fix the trunk rattle, and replace the trunk latch ... twice. Although they finally got the body work completed to my satisfaction, I would not recommed this shop to anyone.

I had taken my Toyota Solara to three other repair shops and had gotten that many "guesses" (and estimates ranging from $900 to $300) as to what caused an annoying rattle in the left rear side of the car. Joe McThrall and his service people fixed it in short order for less than $100. I appreciated the courtesy, honesty and efficiency of all who worked there..

Provided a very detailed quote. Upon fixing my bumper they realized they did not need some of the clips and deducted the cost from my quote. Originally estimated a 2-3 day repair and did it in 2. I am very happy with the service.

Workers tone come off strong, rude, untrustworthy & somewhat disrespectful. Would rather go elsewhere, as Im not ready to deal with unlikable people. Some people are just not cut out for customer service.
