5 Stars! I had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin, Marcina, and Xavier directly and it was an awesome experience. Actually, I was surprised at how much I enjoyed my experience with a body shop as its not always something one looks forward to. They fixed up my 2012 VW GTI and made it look like new after I got side swiped. The best service they offer in addition to the body work is a pick up of your car on the date of your appointment. I didnt have to take time out of my day to bring my car up there. A few weeks after the repair, I had another problem with my car in the area they fixed. I met with Xavier and he fixed it up in less than 30 minutes and didnt charge me for the work. This was a pleasantly surreal experience and I look forward to dealing with the great people here again, when I have to, that is.

Went to get a quote on my dented bumper. Was told I needed a whole new bumper cover and that with an after market bumper it could be done for around $900. Called the dealership and they asked why I would need to replace the whole bumper cover over 1 dent. I agreed it seemed stupid. Drive to the dealership to have them take a look. The guy laughed. Told me to poor hot water on it and mess with it. I did end upbwatching a YouTube video to remove the bumper. After removal I pored the stove heated water on the inside and barely pushed from the inside. The whole debt popped out. It took less than an hour and 15 minutes all together. Dont trust these guys.

I got in a serious accident involving a pedestrian yesterday, and was referred to I-17 Collision by my regular mechanic-after he explained he didnt do body work at all. I was an emotional wreck. The staff at I-17 Collision were so nice and supportive. Especially Tommy, keeping in contact with me letting me know when the parts were ordered, when they were in, and working with my insurance company. Even after waiting for the photographer that the insurance company sent before starting the repairs, THEY HAD MY CAR BACK TO ME BY THE END OF BUSINESS THE NEXT DAY!!! I would reccommend anybody to come check them out!

Have had to use these guys a couple of times and they have done perfect work each time. They just repaired some front end damage on our 2004 Durango. Gaps are perfect, color match was perfect, they put a paper floor mat on the drivers side and had the truck washed and tires shined when i picked it up. They stayed in touch with us through each step of the process and kept us up to date on what was going on. The customer definately comes first for these guys along with doing EVERYTHING the right way, the first time.

This shop is amazing!!! I took my car in to get repaired after an accident and they had my car done in less than a week. Completely awesome. Not only did they repair my car but the detailed my car inside and out after the repairs and repaired some front end damage I was unaware of free of charge. I highly recommend this shop!!! They sent me an email every day regarding the progress and what was to come. if I could give 100 Stars I would they earned a lifetime client!

I love this body shop. Whenever I need repairs done to my vehicle they always go above and beyond. I have been here on numerous occasions (sad to say) but its true and I will continue to return. They make sure to keep in touch and respond quickly. I really like that they email too because sometimes i cant always answer the phone. They offer AAA discounts too which is amazing. Great shop and great experience!! Not only did they fix what I needed them to fix and did a great job with it (looks like the accident never happened), but also, they did a little bit of extra credit on my car as well! There were some dings and dents elsewhere that they cleaned up that had nothing to do with the accident and didnt even charge for it! Great company, great experience, great ownership... would definitely go back!

The entire staff at I-17 Collision is very friendly and professional. They explained the process beforehand and answered all questions I had. They were on top of all the insurance issues for the other parties insurance, and made every effort to see that my vehicle was repaired as quickly as possible. Brought in my 2014 Mustang to Chapman Ford to get the window adjusted as it was leaking air. I was told by Rosa Williams that it would cost me $1000 to $10,000 dollars to fix and was not covered under my bumper to bumper warranty. I am not kidding. So, I took it to Kevin at I-17 Collision Repair. He took a quick look and fixed it for $54.00. Great honest service!

The staff were very courteous and helpful. They provided a loaner vehicle that was very nice and I was able to fit both carseats for my two children into the car with no problem. They did excellent work and I cannot even tell where the damage was as they did an excellent job of matching the paint.

The insurance estimate included a new front bumper but they over painted and installed the original one, still had the holes I drilled in it for the front license plate. This is fraud to the insurance company and a ripoff to me. You cant get anymore dishonest than this. Find another body shop!!!
