We were devastated after our hit & run collision. Two months later, we obtained an estimate from Gerber, but didnt act on it for another eight months. Despite the delay, Gerber completed the repairs for the estimated costs. Daily, they sent us email updates keeping us abreast of progress being made. The car was completed one day ahead of schedule. Every quesrion we asked was answered professionally and courteously. The Enterprise Rental company representative, the Gerber front desk representative, and the Gerber repair representative all waited for us to pick up the car to insure that all went smoothly. While any auto collision is difficult to go through, the folks at Gerber, their concern for the people, and the quality of their work certainly make the trial easier. Thank you!

I had work done on my Lexus 2007 LS460L. They had over spray (not sure what it was) on both finders, They say the painetd the hood but the hood had buff sweel makes still on the black paint no different that any other part of the car. It look like the air brushed to cover the chip markes. I gave them the car on 4/26 and I still dont have it 5/9/11 No stars, sent emails to Garber Corporation and no one called me back. I would never take a car to them.

I had a stellar experience. They were very accommodating to my schedule, and really kept me in the loop with text messages about my car being finished. My car was finished EARLY and looks awesome, cant even tell I had damage. Also, I cant be sure but I feel like someone thoroughly vacuumed my car and wiped my windows.!? Thanks again, definitely referring to this shop.

Very positive experience. Friendly staff, finished job on time, and most importantly did fantastic work!! If I need this type of work again, I plan on coming back even if I have to pass up a dozen other shops on the way!! Highly recommended to family, friends, neighbors, all - with no reservation whatsoever!!!

I was a former estimator at Gerber. From July to January 2016 to 2017. It is the worst working place to ever have to go to. The general manager name Paul Nelson gets into my face and threatens me. And Gerber themselves choose to do nothing about that.
